    Yay!
    Quidditch Match on my birthday!

P.S. I'm referring to the fact that the Quidditch Match was on March 8, 1998.
As I was born on March 8, 1993, that makes it my 5th birthday!

    (frowns in confusion)

Is it just me, or do the Dominant Drackens' wing colors seem to be connected to their eye colors?
Max has blue eyes and blue wings, Blaise has indigo eyes and black/purple wings, Draco has silvery gray eyes and pale blue wings, and Nasta has hazel eyes that sometimes seem to turn golden and golden yellow wings, and Snape has black eyes and I'm assuming he has black wings too!

I'm sorry to hear about your cat. I hope you are doing better. I love this story. You are a very good writer and I think you are doing a good job at giving Harry a happy life. I feel bad for Sev and was kind of hoping for him to find another mate but what will be will be. I hope you keep writing and I look forward to the next chapter.

Isn't kind of hypocritical of Harry to be hurt by what Remus did? Harry didn't say anything to Remus about what he was going through at all. He didn't have to say he was a Draken but he could have at least told Remus what he was going through. In fact it was probably worse for Remus because he comes back to what he sees as a son mated to 4 men about to have a baby. Remus was overwhelmed by it all but did not fee betrayed because he understood how busy and caught up he was. So Harry feeling betrayed or angry is kind of messed up of him and a little childish.

I'm pretty sure this is the first review I've ever written on this site, but this is story is just too fantastic to not review it.
This is one of the best Harry Potter fanfics I have ever read; I've already read it through twice, and I only discovered it last week (I really should drag myself away from the computer and go finish repairing my car, but stories like this are just too addictive!). It is nice to see a family story that actually goes into detail about the baby/toddler years, and does it so realistically, rather than either skipping them altogether, or having the baby as some toy-like thing that can simply be forgotten about in stressful moments. The chapters about taking care of the kids while trying to do major exams definitely brought back memories for me; it was utter hell when I was doing my university final exams, and had to help my sister with a two year old and a nine month old at the same time. I can definitely say you got the emotions right for that bit!
It is one of the most original and realistic fics I have ever come across (well, as realistic as witches, wizards and half-dragon humans can be). You really build your world up well, to the point were I half expect Nasta and Max to pop up in other stories, or in the Harry Potter books.

One question I do have though, is about the drackens attending Hogwarts; do they all attend Hogwarts (or their nearest magic school), or do most of them get homeschooled or something? Because it seems like there should have been more drackens at Hogwarts if they were usually sent to school, but on the other hand, I can see many submissives being so overprotective that they don't let their children go away anywhere...

Thank you for this last update! While it is so sad, I am happy that Severus is finally at peace.

I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Suki. I understand this pain and I hope that you feel better soon.

I cant wait to read your next updates but am in no way hurrying you.

    Thank you,

    Emma

Awesome story, love it. But is it a mistake when in the secret society chapter Sanex is told to go find a Dracken submissive mate at a meeting? He's human but wants a submissive Dracken?

I'm so sorry for your lose, though a lot of people my see them as animals/pets, the truth is that when you have them for a long period of time, they become like your child, a part of your family, so when they go, if feels like a part of you went with them.

It's so bitter sweet that after so long without a whisper of Severus mentioned chapter 76 is dedicated to his dying breath. I really hope to read more.
