I'm very sorry to hear about your cat. I had to put my dog down two years ago and I still love him just as much. I'm very invested in your story as I'm sure almost everyone who reads it is. This last chapter was very moving and actually made me cry. Severus Snape is one of my favorite character so for him to be dead is really sad for me. But it was very well written. I wish you the best of luck and all my sympathies in these next coming weeks.

OH wow. this story has made me laugh, cry, and get angry at the most unexpected times. they way you spin the story is enchanting and your attention to detail deserves some praise. i can by far stat that i will avidly be awaiting the next chapter to this story... though i had wished that Severus would have had his won special ending, i was not expecting that. above all though it is a wonderful tail of family and love that i cant wait to continue reading!

I just wanted to tell you I love this story and I am sorry for your loss. It is always hard to lose a member of your family and that is what our pets are to us. I can only say that though the loss hurts, as long as you remember the good times you had, they are always a part of you. To this day I remember the first pet I ever had and she passed over 25 years ago. I remember her with great love and always will. You are a great writer and I look forward to more of your work when you are recovered more from your loss. My heart goes out to you in your greif.

So sorry about your cat. It's terrible losing those little family members.

Honesty can't believe the fuss over Ashleigh forgetting for one moment about Harry's abusive childhood. It's making Harry seem spoiled, like "How dare you forget about my abusive past even for a second!!!" I adore Harry too, but honestly....

God, I feel terrible for Ashleigh. Given her past trauma it isn't surprising she's more interested in the babies, and lots of in-laws are that way even without some kind of trauma. Everyone seems to be really overreacting.

If Kimberly's ninety years old, and Drackens can get pregnant until they're about a hundred and fifty, then why isn't she still having babies?

What a wonderful, engaging story. It's so beautifully detailed, and your character development is excellent. I love the little moments of domesticity, and it's obvious to me you know a lot about babies and their behavior. I have to say I'm frequently on edge for something bad to happen, especially with the little comments about poachers. I read "Betrayal" with knots in my stomach because of your warning and was so relieved nothing too terrible happened to these lovely characters. I'm sure you won't answer, but will the vile poachers ever make an appearance?

Please don't be offended, but I honestly don't understand Max's rage at Ashleigh however. Maybe it's a dracken thing, but I just don't see how her one comment warrants such a sensitive reaction.

You're amazing at character development and I'm loving this so much. Looking forward to the next chapter. :)

I feel for your loss. I always hate it when we have to put down one of our animals or if they simply pass on.

    On to the review!
I hope with all my heart that this makes Ashleigh change & seek help.
I kept thinking in my head "Severus is not going to die. Severus is not going to die." And then he did. And I just spent the last eight or so minutes bawling like I haven't since Sirius died in OotP (book one. It was very moving), and then when Dobby died in DH part one (movie. The expressions were just so heart wrenching!) It just gave me so many feels.

Yet I cannot wait to see how Harry & Blaise react.

I am so sorry to hear about your beloved family member passing (and by this I do mean your kitty, Suki.) I too have 2 older cats (Joy and Grace, sisters) and have lost three in my life time (Tony, Missy and Frankie). Nothing replaces their love they have given us. I will say that I do see and sometimes feel their presence so I don't feel as though they are truly gone. My Condolences and best wishes for your recovery.
    With much respect to you,
    tkykitty

It's taken me almost 2 weeks to read from the very first chapter to chapt.76 and I enjoyed every bit of it. I love the way you write, I love the details and the thought that you've put into it. I found myself stunned a few times by the responses you sometimes gave reviewers; usually I found myself thinking, dudes were these people actually reading the story cause it's all in there already lol.
You've written an excellent story, your characters are believable, I love the OC's. I have to say one of my favorite things however is the realism with the pregnancies and child rearing, I can't begin to count the amount of poorly written pregnancy (especially Mpregs) fics that are out there. Since I've had several children it's something I know a lot about lol. I don't know if it's because you've had kids yourself or you are just really knowledgeable about the subject but either way, thank you.
Honestly I could gush over this fic for a while but I'll leave by saying, I was impressed with every single chapter you've written thus far and I look forward to seeing what comes next. Also, write at your own pace, I can't believe the nerve of some people who actually complain to you about this.
Lastly, my condolences for your cat, loosing a pet is like loosing family. I'm very sorry for your loss.

There is nothing wrong with mourning a beloved pet. Last year I lost 2 cats and 1 dog. The cats were both 15 years old and the dog was 14 witch is very old for a pommy. We had them for more then half my life, I was elven when we got the two cats.

I love this story I found it right after you posted Harry's birthday right before braiden's birth. I just about had a panic attack when it was taken down from ff.net then it was put back. I switched to aff for the unedited sexy fun lol. I wait as patiently as I can for more of your great stories.

My suggestion take one of your stories and give harry a new kitty just like suki (I think I spelled that right, sorry if I didn't) it might cheer you up to write about her and some of her funniest moments. Hope you feel better

    Wishing you the best

You made a mistake in Chapter 39.
The Dracken genes came from James' mother's side of the family, not his father's side.
The genes came from Cygnus Black and James' mother was Dorea Black before she married Charlus Potter and gave birth to James.
