Remus really fucked up. What the hell is his problem? Is it some sort of draken/werewolf thing? Maybe Tonks was apprehensive about Harry, since he's a draken? I also want to know if Dumbledore was in on this. I have a very hard time believing he knew nothing about what was going on with Remus and Tonks. I suppose it could be as simple as he didn't realize that Harry didn't know. But pregnancy is something generally considered to be a joyous time, and it would be talked about among people who know the family.

Ah, I'm starting to get annoyed with Harry... he seems to take everything so extremely personally like the world revolves around him... like it's a "betrayal" that Remus didn't tell him... pft... yes, it's weird and OOC for him not to, but how many times did HARRY get in contact with HIM during these past months...? people get wrapped up in their own family life after all and time goes by quickly... I thought the letter was perfectly nice and then Harry goes on a crying hissy-fit... he seems to act like that quite often like "bvaaah I couldn't believe she slipped up and mentioned my childhood when she knows I've been abused, let's all hate her!"... he's also so damn fawned over by everyone, and those he's not fawned over are turned into really bad people... I don't know... something doesn't seem right to me... seems a bit Mary Sue-ish... seems like he doesn't really DO enough to get all that adorning attention... and he overreacts like a drama queen for every little mistake anyone makes, even his mates... forgetting a bottle because you're interrupted by something? Well, don't we all forget what we were doing at some point even though it's important...? Ah, I don't know, maybe I'm just being irritable... I have enjoyed this story a lot, even though it smacked packed full of OC's though I'm starting to feel like it needs an ending eventually... or a aim... feels like it just goes on and on and it's more like... I don't know.. a diary or blog than a STORY now... But I commend your for going on after the baby's were born because many m-pregs end there, after all.. no diapers or feedings, or vomit.. .;) Right now it doesn't seem to have that "goal" though... in the beginning it as the whole mating process, then the first pregnancy, then the second... I think a third pregnancy would be almost boring now, it just needs a wrap-up end... I guess the dursely-thing might be a 'goal' of sorts... idk...

I'm insanely curious; how do you develop a baby's personality? Does it come to you as you write about them or do you plan their personalities before you introduce them? What about their names, do you just go through a whole bunch, like the way Harry did when he was still finding names for the quintuplets or do you already know what you're going to name them because it was a hit of inspiration? Be as specific as you can where you can please. I really want to learn how you develop these characters.

I love this story first off. My birthday was 4-12 and I noticed u had updated the story - I had been re-reading it for the 50th?(may have been more - love this story). I was sad when it was taken down last year. I had went to read it late April and found it gone. I was so very excited when I found it posted again. Anyway - back on track - I do tent to ramble, sorry - I had a question. The last chapter was titled "betrayal" and it was about Remus. I really understand being upset and mad but didn't Harry sorta do the same when he didn't tell Remus about his mates and pregnancy? Remus was traveling but he found out from Dumbledore when he came back and asked y he wasn't sent a letter to let him know. I know that Harry didn't tell that he was a Dracken because he was afraid but he could have told him about being pregnant and in relationship w/out going into being a Dracken, as male pregnancy is possible. Did I miss something? I've read many stories on ff and on this site but this is my first review. Like I said LOVE this story - u r an amazing story-teller!!!

Wow Great Amazing Wonderful Chapter! The ending was such a shock. I'm sure remus didn't mean too much by what he did. He always seems to think of others. And he want's harry to be teddy's Godfather. Harry might be over reacting but I can't wait to find out if he is or if remus is really ignoring him.
I love the beginning of this chapter. It was no nice to see one of the little girls that harry meet last time oh and the dracken from his mating time. (the name of the one that starts with A. I'm so bad at names.)
The quidditch match was awesome too! Go harry! I'm so glad that he got to have that moment with his team. Oh and passing on the info about the kitchens to the next gen was a nice touch. I think his dad and Sirius would approve.
I haven't checked scaldie Bits in a while. I'm wondering if you wrote what happened after the dinner where harry is wearing nothing but his tights and socks. lol. That would be so hot to hear what all his mates were thinking. lol.
The kids are getting so big so fast and learning quickly too! Except little leolin (but that's expected). I think that braiden's party is going to be epic with all the family since it's his first! First's are so important in a baby's life. Even if they can't remember, the parents do.
Only two more weeks till finals! You can do it harry, blaise and draco!!! Then all that stress with be gone (for now.)
    Thanks for this great chapter!!!!!

I am so very glad you decided to continue writing after what fanfiction did. And what's the surprise for Harry? Is it marriage? And when is Draco going to get a child? I feel really bad that he's the only one without one.

I know its terrible, but I'm really glad the betrayal in this chapter ended up being about Remus. I spent almost the entire chapter being all "oh crap, someone is going to tell about them being Drackens" and then it turned out that Remus DIDN'T tell and that was the betrayal.
This whole story is fucking amazing, I haven't reviewed before, but it is. I love it :).

I totally understand Harry's feelings of betrayal, My dad did the exact same thing to me and my sister. Got married and had a kid without telling us. He was coming for Christmas and he's all I'm bring my Wife, and our 5 month old son with me, that OK? I was only 7 and my parents had only been apart like a year and a half. I was heartbroken just like Harry.

This was a very intense chapter with a lot going on in it. I'm glad that Harry and Braiden are all right and that his mates responded to him quickly. Harry has a very big, very forgiving heart (which is what makes him Harry), but I can't help but agree with him later in the chapter--I worry that letting "Mossy" off the hook may encourage her to strike again. I hope not because poor Harry has quite enough stress at the moment, but she appears unstable and that makes her an unknown variable.

Remus, Remus, Remus. :sigh: You know, I wonder sometimes what JKR was thinking when she wrote him. He's obviously a very complex, conflicted character and the werewolf issue is at the center of his life, influencing many of his decisions. Maybe he thought he was protecting Harry? I don't know. I'm probably the wrong person to ask. I get upset if a family member has a simple out-patient surgery procedure without telling me--let alone something life changing like getting married and having children.

Finally, I wish people would just stop whining about Draco fathering children. Harry has six beautiful, special children. Whether they mean to or not, by constantly talking about Draco getting a chance to "be a father" they are implying that he isn't the father of Harry's six children. I know these are fictional characters, but that's insulting and rude. He is just as much Braiden's father as Blaise is (or Max or Nasta). I would hope to the hundred little gods that if, heaven forfend, Calix (just for instance) *died* that Draco would grieve just as much as his biological parents. To say that he wouldn't or that he couldn't belittles his role in their mateship.

Right. Carry on, Star. Excellent work.

I'm so glad you kept writing this story after that happened to you, it's so amazing! And you update so regularly, too! It's so refreshing to see an author so passionate about their story. It's always depressing seeing a great story die away... so much wasted potential. I just finished rereading it again to make sure I didn't miss any details the first time- I was absolutely devouring it.

*Spoilers! To those folks who are reading the comments before reading the newest chapter~*
I was getting so nervous as I was reaching the end of the chapter and Blaise had lost the game. I was worried he would be the one to betray them somehow. Even though it would be out of character... especially after he left the first time! I should have had faith, because right when you had me all worried you pulled the rug out from under me! How could Remus do that to Harry? Harry is the only thing Remus has left of his past, how could he just write him off like that? He knows he's the closest thing Harry's ever had to a father, right? I fully understand he deserves a chance to have his own family, but Harry has every right to be a part of that! I think I think I'm almost just as shocked and hurt as Harry is. But then I thought about it... didn't Harry kind of do something similar? Remus had to learn about Harry being mated to four strangers (two of which about his age) and had a baby on the way, way after the fact. Even though it was different for him because he was a Draken... Surely Remus must have thought about how this made him feel when it happened to him? Then he just throws it right back at Harry? Truly a plot twist I wasn't expecting...

I had thought for sure it would be Ashleigh that betrays them when you teased this chapter's name. Are we meant to like her character at all? Because honestly I'm right beside Harry on this one. You don't just forget someone is a victim of abuse. Her own longing for children (which seems to come from both her Draken and herself) is manifesting in a seriously disturbed way. I'm surprised she hasn't tried to kidnap Farren already, with the downward spiral she's on. I'm not sure how I feel about Max reaching out to her again. I feel like she's too close to doing something that's utterly unforgivable and irreversible to let her back into their lives now... But as much as I dislike her, it's very hard not to love Richard and Myron (who make an amazing couple on their own) so I can't want her to go away forever without those two going too. Actually, I'm not sure how her mates would respond if she actually tried something. Would they take Harry's side? If she did something terrible? I'm honestly not sure... The whole relationship has me so conflicted!

And I'm bursting with curiously about Nasta's plan... I was rooting for Harry to kill that women, if not only to establish to others that his family was not to be messed with, but also because she seemed like a terrible person, leaving her kids like that and calling her deceased mate weak. Anyone else would have been a better choice to raise her kids properly then her. These last two chapters have had me on an emotional roller coaster... :)

Sorry for the long review. The world you created is so interesting it's hard not to get sucked in. ^_^
