If I was her I would run from there to Malfoy Manor.  I'm sure Draco would welcome her and help her out.

And I was right about Severus and Narcissa ;-)

So I guess Severus was brewing something for Narcissa and perhaps wasn't able to deliver the rest of it and she died. Am I correct?

Also I don't understand why Hermione slept with Harry if she loves Severus.

And another thing, Draco didn't see Severus since Harry's transfer, as he's been believed to be dead.  But Severus was leaving the cottage, he shared with Hermione,  to go to Hogwarts and play the headmaster. How's that?

    Hmmm

i like the premise of the story, but I feel the plot development is a bit too slow. By chapter 12, there has been repeated gestures from Hermione to dissude Harry from pursuing Severus, and Severus' repeated negative self portrayal in court. Those interactions are getting old. As a reader, I feel the plot is spinng without moving forward. (ok. in chapter 12 it moved forward slightly in the flashback on Hermione's condition)

Hello, my name is Ines. I want to tell you that I’m really intrigued by your story.

So far, I’m hooked with it, I hope this time we can get a hold about what happened between Snape and Hermione.

I must tell you that I prefer the Dramione ship, but this is so interesting that I can´t wait to read the next chapter, especially because I’m a little frustrated without knowing why Snape did it. Of course I’m hugely frustrated with Hermione too, I suppose that she’s suffering of some kind of Stockholm Syndrome? I mean, I understand that if she loves Snape, she wants to see him free, but at the same time, I don’t understand how she can be so blind at Harry’s suffering, wow, you were taken for ten years, he didn´t know if you were alive or dead, he was pinning for you all that time, having nightmares and blaming himself for what happened to you, and when you return, the only thing that you can say to him is “Help my captor be free please so I can left you and be with him again…”. So, it would be good to know all the reasons behind all that behaviour. Please, don´t make Harry the bad guy, I don’t think he deserves that, I would think that he has suffered enough, don’t you? And if things go as we all suspect (with Snape being free and happy with Hermione at his side) Harry will be suffering more…

Thank you so much for your work, lots of love and I wish you and all your family and loved ones a happy 2017.

    Ines

Honestly if she trully believes he is innocent she should stop being so vague and explain all the details to everyone.

Until the latest chapter it was coming off as some serious stockholme syndrome but even if things were so bad back home, he could have at least found a way to get a message to her loved ones and her pretty much admitted that he kept her for his own selfish reasons, just using the war as an excuse.

The Narcissa scene was a little heavy handed with the repeat of that she should stay with Severus  and how he will keep her safe and NEVER go back.

It's easy to see why Harry is getting so frustrated.

I have encountered this story today and read it in one go. It is utterly fascinating and rather complex. I like how we see things from the past, while we follow the trial at the present.

The small part, that was written from Snape's POV was the most appreciated by me.

I don't really know what to think at the moment. It was wrong what Snape did, no doubt about it. And just because Hermione seems to have developed Stockholm-Syndrome it is not better in any way.

And still, I can't deny, that I still hope he will not only go free, but be with Hermione. Is this, why you got Draco involved? So he can somehow help Snape?

But maybe I am an idiot for even hoping for such an outcome, as it is obvious, that Snape is very much aware, that what he did is wrong.

And this is the thing I mostly love about the story: the way you let us see, how broken Snape is, how much it broke him, what Dumbledore asked him to do - to protect anyone he could. While it seemed, there was nobody ever there for him, to protect him or even just be aware of how much he was doing and how much he was sacrificing. And it was obviously just too much for him in the end.

This is such a complex and very unique story and I very much hope you will finish it.

Just remember: rl is overrated ;)
