But if anyone can make it happen it's you. Harry doesn't have to die does he? You could find a way for both him and the pup to survive and kill the bit of voldy in his head. How long is Harry's pregnancy? Normal human length or wolfy length? 

I hope everything goes well on Tuesday. We only had Georgie spayed so nothing to worry about but trying to keep a 6 month old puppy calm and resting is providing quite tricky especially when her brother doesn't understand that she can't play.

Oh and glad your cats doing better! Getting medicine into an animal is so hard. One of my puppies had an operation yesterday and trying to get liquid medicine into her this morning was hard.

Gah! I missed so many updates! And these were stressful ones too. I am glad to not have to relive the trauma of the middle section of DH too much, though. You do a good job of touching on those elements but focusing on the new action we haven't seen yet.

Ron is still annoying the hell out of me. I keep thinking he's going to do something to ruin everything. I guess he did make himself useful with the potion so Harry can apparate but small potatoes, I say, compared to what a dick he's being overall.

Thank god Severus is entering the picture again. I was missing him and his steady competence. It was soothing.

How can you leave us like that? It's not fair. And now I sound like a sulking toddler. 

I can't wait to read what you've got planned. I haven't got anything in the pipeline just yet. I write when I feel like it. That being said I've got quite a bit of time off work over the next few weeks so I'm sure something will spark my interest.

Oh god just had a thought!! Dobby!! I'm not sure I'm prepared to witness his death over again!

I'm glad Ron is less of an arsehole but he's still an arsehole.

I'm really sad that they are already going to the Lovegood's because that means the story is getting closer to finishing and I'm not ready for that. I hope you are planning a new story already. Thank you for all your support with NWHCE. I've just uploaded the last chapter...

Really really beautiful how much Severus loves Harry and how thrilled he is with the thought of the cub.

Oh! You are killing me with all the feels right now (in the best possible way). Harry's speech at his dad's grave was just heartrending, him having to reconcile was James did to Severus and what must be an innate love between father and son, despite everything. I like that he doesn't quite get there. It's clear he has more work to do, in that regard. Powerful stuff!

I loved Sev's reaction to Harry's pregnancy. He is showing more and more of his sweet side and I can't get enough! I really, really hope this foray into the freezing pond doesn't affect the baby. It would kill me (and Harry, and Sev) if he had another miscarriage.

I can't get enough of this story. I loved Changes but Advances has long since replaced it as my favourite story on here.

Lets hope the pup is able to stay where it is, Perhaps when Severus is present everything will settle down for Harry.

Love how Harry gave his father both barrels when telling him of his disgust at his behaviour when growing up. Just picturing Lily's response ... There is no where both James and Remus can hide that she won't find them. 

There was so much I loved in this chapter! You capture their desperate need for each other beautifully, and I'm also so glad that Severus is open to having pups and is protective of Harry and the baby he lost.

The horcrux hunt isn't nearly as depressing with Sev there to help them out more directly. I wish he could be there with them all the time! They don't really even need Ron, and I'm somewhat disappointed to hear that he'll be making a reapperance, though I suppose I'm curious as to what he has to say for himself. Maybe he'll get over his bigotry??? Hmmm... not likely.

Go get that snake Severus - redirect the anger into killing the snake.

Perhaps he can approach the Goblins to discuss the possiblity of a horcrux being within their vaults and they may mention ways they can be destroyed - they may suggest moving it to another item to maintain historical artifacts intact. Severus can ask if this is possible for living beings as well.....?
