AUTHOR\'S NOTE -
I\'m sure this fic has been off the radar of most people for a while since I haven\'t been updating, but I just wanted to let you know that it is NOT abandoned. This is the first fic I started writing, and the fact that new canon was going to imminently appear made me decide to hold off for a bit, because I didn\'t want to get so far into this that it would have to be an AU fic.
I\'m currently going back and retooling the posted chapters a bit, and hope to have the re-edited versions up soon. Essentially, the fic will become congruent with canon up through HBP - but don\'t worry, the general plot will be remaining the same.
