Here's a point to ponder - if the polyjuice basically turns you into the person totally, would that transfer to dna and would it then be Snapes and not Malfoy's? Will Poppy be able to tell the true parentage or maybe the Headmaster could figure it out for them and if it turns out to be a little Snape will she want to keep it or will Severus want to get rid of it? To misquote = oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to conceive. (I know Hermione wasn't trying but it just seems to fit). Kudos to Draco for showing concern for someone else besides just himself (though he will be helping himself). More twist and turns than I've seen on a snake in a downhill stream. Keep the updates coming.

Well done, more house points for you! Yet another shocker. Now Hermione's got Snape and Draco's attention as well. Can't wait to see what happens when Lucius finds out!

I like this new twist that you added. I thought maybe that she was talking to Lucius instead of Severus, but the confrontation was just as good. I like the psal sal Draco made. I wonder what her choice will be? I'll be looking for the update! Fantastic Job!

Very good twist! I have to admit that I definitely didn't Draco's proposal to Herm coming, but it adds complexity to an already volatile situation. Well done! I can't wait to see where you take thespeespecially since His Hotness is apparently going to get what's coming to him as well.

    I'll be watching for updates

Well well well... The Draco thing has become VERY interesting. Is he telling the truth? Part of the truth? And I'm glad to see (in your review responses) that Luscious Lucius will be losing the jerk thing. Sounds like he has some things on his mind... Anyway, I'm looking forward to more. Hugs for you saying that Bookshelves isn't gone. Grin. Do you take bribes?? ;)

What fantastic twists! I didn't see the one with Draco coming at all. You did a great job building the tension as Hermione described the whole deal to Snape. How embarrassing that must have been! I just adore all the characters you've developed here (except Lucius at the moment, but I have a feeling you're going to make me like him by the end...at least a little!).

OK so what gives with Draco? And why is Lucius being such a jerk? (Besides the obvious... you promise reasons, so deliver! LOL) And now she had to tell Snape? Interesting... How totally embarrassing for Hermione! Can't wait for more. Although of course, if you make us wait on this one because you're updating Bookshelves, then be my guest! That kind of wait I definitely wouldn't mind. Not at all. Hint Hint... But for now, I'll be patient on Bookshelves and just be satisfied with more of this. I do enjoy the way you write and I do like your different Lucius'

Wow! I just stumbled on to this story again and wound up re-reading the entire thing. I absolutely adore this pairing, although let's face it, Lucius could have mind-blowing chemistry with a dead stick (not that I'm suggesting anything here).

It should be very interesting when the reasons behind Lucius' recent behaviour are revealed. Could be Voldie's doing, I suspect, and maybe some of those Hermione/Draco rumours will make it back to Malfoy Senior and act as a wake-up call of some sort. I just can't see him taking kindly to something like that. I get the distinct impression that he wouldn't into sharing.

This is great! Please continue soon!

    Cheers!

    Liz ~

You are one evil little person. What do you mean leaving a cliffie like that! lol I will have you know I am am now pregnent...the hormones are beginning to kick in and the constant irritability is looming upon the horizon...it is at your own risk that you leave further cliffies. LOL Just kidding hun, I love this fic as much as Lucius' Bookshelves. It is SO refreshing have someone write a HG/older man and have it NOT be Severus/Remus/or Sirius. hehe. Keep writing and I'll keep reading. :)

    ((raspberry))
