Another excellent chapter!!

Your smut was great, very well written. Must have been hard (excuse the pun!!) to write from Sev's point of view.

Hermiones 'If you wantedto remember them' list was very sad, and very real, I cried for them.

I see Shem popped in!! and offered to beta for you, you should feel honoured, she's one of the best authors out there *Oh shut your hole, Shem!!

Just finished reading the chapters and I have to say that this story is quite good. I like the way you have charaterized dear old Severus, and Hermione's way of speaking is just as I imagine it to be. The topper though is the way you described her reaction at the wake and the funeral. It was so very realistic and heartwrenching. Great job! (I do hope that it wasn't gleaned from personal experience, however. If so I am sincerely sorry for your loss.)

Wow. Hot, hot, hot chapter... loved it completely!!! Really liked how you had Severus hold back from doing the actual "deed". One of my favorite lines: Dear God! Did Severus Snape, president of Assholes Anonymous, just use a pet name?. I giggled out lat tat that!

Something about myself... I'm 29, have a hubby (irritating) and a 2-year old son (cute). Work full time as a computer geek/systems analyst. And I love reading and writing SS/HG fanfic (under handle WendyNat - I have two on aff.net if you're interested; Time Does Not Heal All Wounds and Some Scars Never Fade)

This has truly become one of my favorite stories. I am always for a slow build-up(no matter how FRUSTRATING!!) and you have done this so well. You have maintained character personalities but put so much imagination into what we do not see in the HP series. I appreciated the story even more this week as my best friend's mom has just died suddenly. Grief is such a personal and odd thing. You are never quite sure how you will react, but I think you capture so many emotions well. Post again soon. You are doing a wonderful job.

Baby got back was just genius! I could just see Harry imitating Snape singing that song. Brilliant.
At least they are somewhat together now. Is he going to try to push her away again? Cause that would be just crappy. I hope not.
I look forward to what comes next. Oh, thanks for pro promise to not bump anyone else off. It takes a load off of my mind.

Just read your authors rant.. *raises eyebrow in a very snapish manner*

But don't bloody worry about idiots who are so jealous of talent that they feel the need to rip apart you interpretation of canon characters... is all bullshite as far as I am concerned... Without interpretation there would be no fan fiction...

Some people either have broomsticks shoved up their arses about this.. or are in desperate need to have it done... *grin*...(me?.. am willing to give Lucius Malfoy's pimp cane a go... the broomstick I will stay away from thank you very much)

You know.. I found the best way to deal with flames (and I get a few not just for my stories... for some reason some people have an issue with my attitude... can't ever imagine why)... anyway, the best way to deal with them is to advertise them... if they leave their email address, let everyone know...

You have (I am assuming) more positive reviewers than flamers... You will find (as I have seen) that reviewers are highly protective of their own...

I remember the support that GrrArrg got when she asked in her A/N for her reviewers to leave a little bit about themselves and someone flaming her saying that AFF was not a chat list.... blah blah blah..

The masses rallied aroung her...

I am sure it would be the same for you...

I don't know you... but I wish you the best with your writing and the courage and fortitude to see past the insolence that can abound in these palces that is born from petty jealousies and vulgar envy...

After going back over that review after I have posted it I have decided that I am going today to buy myself a new keyboard... the one I have at the moment has like a pouch of tobacco compunded under the keys and as a result everything I am writing at the moemnt is riddled with Goddman errors...

Shit.. I offer myself as a beta and look what bloody happens...

Have just finished reading what has been posted to date in one sitting and I must say that I am highly impressed. I have not been visiting AFF a lot recently, and as such I knwo few of the authors around here anymore. In cases such as this, I look to the reviews an authors has to see if the fic is worth my time looking at, an to see if anyone I know and respect is enjoying it...

In this light I have to say that is the reviews left by GrrArrg that convinced me that this may be (and was) somthing I enjoyed... She is one of my favourite minions and I occasionally consider her opinions as.... intelligent?... educated? sycophantic dribble? *grin*

So...to my review of your story...

Brilliant!... this is a well thought out and interesting premise, intelligently written with a morbid, dry selfself analytical and delightful humour runnng through out. There is a enough angst to keep the reader enthralled and on the edge of their seat without turning off the fluff reader...

Actually.. on the matter of fluff.. well smut actualy,... am wanting to know when you are going to see fit to include some shagging?... Not that I live vicariously Hermione's sexual exploits with Sevvie or anything.. afterall I am his official keeper.. *fuck off GrrArrg!*...

Now I am going to do something highly unethical here... *looks around to make sure coast is clear*... Would love to see the little errors here and there remedied so as you might comsider posting this at Lord and Lady Snape... GrrArrg told me that you were a little hesitant about posting this and needed a little push in the right direction... I don't want to be presumpuos... or err.. intereefring and pushy *fuck off GrrArrg!*... But if you do not have a beta and would like one, I offer myself for your services... nothing major.. just stuff you are probably missing due to familiairty with the text...

So... on the whole have to say I love it and shall be waitng for more with baited breath

Ahe the trauma...all the bullshit....all the deaths. While I wilkl not look to end my life purposely via suicide.....I look forward to it now as most people do to a well deserved vacation. It means rest to me because in life you never get enough, you're not allowed, you can't relax, can't be you....even if you knew who you were in the first place. I do apologise....I should not ramble so especially when so depressed. So, if you decide to delete this entry, I will understand. Great work on your story!! I love it and I DO hope they manage to get their shit together sooner or later. ;-)

I had to post again and second the comment that the line "About two a.m. I heard a yawn. Smooth, Snape. Silencing spells only work one way, you dumbass" was the BEST! I burst lauglaughing and caught an interesting look from my husband..... he knows about my Snape obsession, and I think he's a little concerned for my sanity, but it always makes me blush when he looks at me like that while I'm reading Snapeyporn. :) LOL Anyhow, keep it up!
