You can't hear it, but I am laughing. Min, the little manipulator!!! Fake tears to get Draco to snap out of it. Fantastic. Clever little wench! (Or would that be the author??) I look forward to more.

One question-after the funeral, the redhead who is speaking to Ron Weasley is this the same redhead Ron was speaking to when Snape was making the housing arrangements for Allegra and Tina?

well its off to India now for me.

I hope I can log on to this site over there.

Anyhow, this last chapter is creepy. How do you fight something that relicates madness and self doubt?

I loved the funeral and the prayer.

"prose far from sterling and closer to purple" - well, luckily for us, yours is much more sterling than purple! Thanks again for the frequent updates - I really do look forward to the stolen moments during the day when I can catch up on EPU. And I love the way you give very subtle hints about where the plot might be heading... May you (and your writing) live forever!

EWW scary! The dark voices of doubt in Kathryn's head. Luckily she was smart and strong enough to push them away. Most would not be. They really need to come up with a plan of defense against those 3 demons. Or everything could be lost.
I still don't trust the girl with Ron. Or Ron's behaviour. I think you have something planned with that.

One of myoritorite chapters of all those you've written -- beautifully mixed angst, compassion, love and regret. Maybe it's just the times we live in but diffdifficult realization that even demons and monsters might hurt, love and respond to a soft word seems painfully important.

The chapter of Miss Mangle gave me chills. I can't help but to continually admire Severus's self-composure and restraint. He is one of the strongest (if not THE strongest) assets to the light.
Keep writing, I ALWAYS find it interesting.

PS Anymore updates on your Ian/Tonks fic soon?

Glad there was a little bit of light there! And of all the characters you could kill off, Pince was certainly the least loveable. Interesting how Harry's sense of smell seems to be developing - are you going further with that? As always, your prose sings of genius....

Thank you for this chapter. It was getting so gloomy in your Potter world. A sweet, romantic chapter is just what the doctor ordered. Thank you Barrie!
(Perhaps more Harry and Minue you you so desire.)

I think that your sequel is even darker than Sub Rosa. Wow!
I feel sorry for Pince. Poor weak woman. She didn't stand a chance. I hope Dumbledore hires a replacement with the heart of a lion!
Harry is just so intuitive that it is creeping me out. In a good way.
    Cheers!
