"Severus Snape was painfully aware of the fact that the more obtuse Albus Dumbledore became in describing a situation, the more distasteful it would be to its participants. Given the description so far, Snape could only assume that he

That was :: Heavy sigh : Such a wonderful story. It had everything danger, surprise, sexual tension,Great sex and wonderful heartwarming romance. I loved every minute of it. I laughed and I cried. I also stayed up until 6:00 am reading it because I simply couldn't move from in front my screen. I have to say that this story is truly one of the best I have ever read at any time in my life. You have a great gift and I hope you will continue to write more of these stories.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to tell you how much I am enjoying this story. I still have a bit to read but so far it has been wonderful. It breaks my heart to know that so many of the characters I loved didnt get to live to see the " Peace " after Voldemort was taken down. I understand that it was needed to give a good base on which to build this new relationship between Hermione and Severus.I think you are doing a fantastic job with them. It is also a nice change to read about the developing relationship before jumping into the physical aspects. * Kudos * on such an original and heartwarming story.

i absolutely LOVED this story!!! it was really original, and i def have the same type of opinions as you do about Snape. i didn't think he was out of character....i think that he just doesnt get to express this side in the books because he is never alone. normally in the books he is interacting with other characters....but thats just my thoughts...lol once again...LOVED the story!!!

GAH! I just wrote a long review and lost it all when I couldn't connect to the server (I'm currently gnashing my teeth and wringing my hands. Hope this doesn't lead to a trip to the dentist or the psychiatrist).

Review Recap: Wonderful, yadda yadda. Loved the cooking stuff, yadda yadda . . . it was so original, yet completely in keeping with my mental image of Snape and Hermione. Want to try seducing my husband now with food . . . um what else? Oh! I'm a sucker for a happy ending and really enjoyed the sticky little Snape children. My own snot-nosed son's name is Ryan, so I particularly liked that. You're now one of my favorite authors . . . hope you continue writing at this site . . . Loved it, love you . . dda, dda, yadda. (the "yaddas" are where I originally waxed poetic about your story and your writing, LOL. I'm just too lazy to do it again.)

Thanks for taking the time to do such a fabulous job!

LOL, Kate, thanks for the link.
I am thoroughly enjoying this, especially in the way that he's seducing her with food.
"He was going to woo Hermione Granger." made me laugh out loud. It just sounds so funny when thinking about cannon Snape and "woo" in the same context...

Sequel, sequel, sequel...okay enough shameless begging. I, as you know, loved this story and enjoyed the epilogue. I also now have a new appreciation for food. Thanks for writing, hope to see more from you in the future.

Ah Kate. I just LOVED that. It was so sweet and the ending was great with the house full of boys. (Yes, 2 boys counts as a house full in my book.)
Darn, you used my Snape kid name... Ian. Ian Snape just sounds good, doesn't it?
Do you have any other story ideas? Cause I hope you start something else soon.
My fave part FYI was when Severus was telling Hermione what sex should be like with a proper partner. Could just imagine him saying that... purrrrrrrrrr. The food was good too. Especially the dinner he made for her. "Seduction Feast"

    Cheers dear!

I think the ending is splendid. Do you want to know why? Of course you do.

The general rule of romance fics are the couple struggles, they kiss, they end up together, and we get a happy ending. You have provided this and more. While making us all very hungry in the process, and platering sugar eating grins on our faces.

A very enjoyable and unique fic. I hope you win the challenge you wrote this for.

BTY- I've enjoyed reading T/T as a WIP.
