what a relief. more story! apparently i shouldn't have guessed the tale had ended so soon. i like how you introduced mcgonagall. that was pretty cool. dumbledore likes snap decisions. but in his offbeat way of course. i'm a little confused though. twice you mentioned twins. i must have missed something because that threw me for a loop. hopefully the light will shine through soon. i'm glad you plan a happy (by your standards, at least) ending for dumbledore. can't wait to find out what happens next.

very deep, very thoughtful, so very artistic. this is one of the best stories i have ever read. the prose was poetic and beautiful (sometimes a little confusing for my feeble mind). i really enjoyed dumbledore's tale, but it wasn't a very happy one. the end was very depressing. chapter eleven (this last chapter) ended on such a melancholy note that i think chapter ten should have been the end. it was perfect. albus was only living for freya in his dreams, but when she let him go, he was free to live, and waking to find all those socks (brilliant touch, by the way) was a good little joke for us. it could have been the reason why he is such a easy going, kind man in canon. but this is your story and from chapter eleven, i hope that wasn't really the end. you need to bring about dumbledore's happiness agalet let him live!

wow. there really is no other word for it. the prose and dialogue in this story is so beautiful. it's poetic and philosophical. it's so deep that my little brain has trouble keeping up sometimes and i have to reread certain paragraphs a couple of times. even a little boy is full of such lofty and worldly thoughts. thanos's realization that freya's happy thoughts are real even in the dream was an endearing thing, but then he dropped the bombshell that the sad thoughts are real too. how poignant. i can't believe you only have nine, well ten with this one, reviews. where are all the people? ik fok forward to more.

This is brilliant. When we are introduced to people in old age such as Albus Dumbledore, it is very hard to imagine them as young. Even JK doesn't let us see him as much less than 100 in book 2. You have really brought him to life as a young man here. Keep it up.

This is an impressive piece of writing!
Dumbledore is one of the trickiest characters in Harry Potter. I for one have a hard time imagining his youth. You are doing a splendid job with him! Can

You know already I like this piece very much, but there's one little spelling thing I'd like to correct: "Gotterdammerung" is a German word and being German I know, it's actually written "G

guess who's back for more. you sucked me back in with another wonderful chapter. now we know why albus likes lemon drops so much. what a wonderful little detail. it made me laugh. your prose is so poetic and most of the time if you come across such writing it can become sickening and distracting, but for this story, for the grand scale of the characters and plot it works. it doesn't seem too strai now now your story is still young, so we'll see if you can keep it up. i have faith though.

you know, i'm surprised. i'm surprised that this story isn't getting more reviews. it's great! it's probably the dumbledore thing. people seem a bit scared of him and his sexuality. anyway, your writing is entrancing and drew me in right away. the imagery is vivid. i'm in awe. lol. don't know what to say. on the negative side (because all great works have to be torn down by lesser people) i do believe there is a few spelling errors. can't tell you where, i've forgotten, but i'm positive they are there. but that's just petty. great job, and i look forward to more.
