Please, please continue! I've been really enjoying it ...
Most authors who've stopped writing have done it because their stories are now AU. You're in a very odd position: a few tweaks and you could have a story that's completely in canon.
However, whether it's AU or canon, I don't care. Please, just keep writing it as you intended to, because it's really good.

    dear Quillusion
I hope. you continue your great story. I don`t care if your idea is similar to JKR`s book 6. It is not the same story!!!! It is a great as always story from Quillusion.
And when JKR stops writing after book7, I hope we can still expect some good stories from you. Long live your muse .

Please continue. All fan fiction uses parts of the original, and all fan fiction is AU in some measure. This is a fine story, and I've been looking forward to more of it. Would you be unnerved if you had posited a diary that wrote back at you and been overtaken by the Chamber of Secrets? In your story, Hermione is charged with tracking down and destroying the artifact(s) instead of Harry...onward! ;D

Q, I would say continue. This is a fabulous idea, and it only makes sense to see it through. So what if you and JK are sharing a wavelength? I say, good on you for making the connection before she even put out the book. You have an excellent voice all on your own, and I hope you will continue with this story.

I've been reading this fic off and on for over a year I believe (actually thought that I remembered it from 1/2004 at SH...is that right?). I think that it is certainly different enough from canon to warrant continuing it. I will say that I am biased as your fics are so well-written that I'm thrilled with any excuse to read more of them.

Well I had been reading this story, but thought you had abandoned it. It would be nice to have it finished to see what you had planned. This is fanfiction, thus you can write whatever you want whenever. I'd hate to think I would have to wait until book 7 to finish reading this because by then I think many who were reading this will have certainly moved on. I can't even remember half this story and will probably have to start reading it from the begining.

You are a wonderful writer! I was hooked on your story the second i started reading it. Serioulsy, you have a great writing style and attention to detail. Unfortunatly i really dont like LM/Hr fics, sticking mainly to D/hr or H/hr and a few others, but even when i was aware of the pairing i read your story for a bit longer, because i so liked the style. Ihope that someday you feel the need to write another story with one of those pairs because I will surely be the first to read it.

I got it into my head to google your penname today, hoping for updates to this story, and happily found this. As much as I love the SS/HG pairing, this is a breath of fresh air. I've yet to find another story with this pairing that is written even remotely as well. Please, please, please update soon.

Excellent Chapter! You really are a superb writer...and you're getting better still! If I could only come away with some of your talent just by reading.....

Thank you so much for continuing this story. When it was first published, I added it to my recommended story links so I'd be able to find it again when you updated and I hadn't checked the first few pages of updates for a while. Something about it just seemed really special to me. Even though I hadn't seen an update in ages, I wasn't going to give up on it, and thugh I moved it's place on my public list, I just couldn't remove it--just in case. Thank you so much for coming back to it.

I hope you'll find the time over the next few months for more updates. It's stories like yours that really help with the wait for the new book!

Thanks again for sharing your work!

God, It's been forever! But this chapter is well-worth the wait. Hopefully it won't be so long for the next one? Anyway, this is great and I am eagerly anticipating more!

I'm certain I am one of many who'd thought that you had abandoned this piece. How reassuring to be proved wrong in this case. Before I launch into a comment about this most recent chapter -- which I liked immensely -- might I make a comment? I had gone back to re-read the initial 5 chapters to refresh my memory as it's been quite some time since I first stumbled upon this lovely piece. However, chapters 4 and 5 are extraordinarily truncated, thus the continuity is distrupted. You might want to re-load those chapters in their entirety. It's missing the Albus meeting and quite a lot of the Harry visit, not to mention the Iz's diary. You might have some very confused readers out there.

Otherwise, Chapter 6 is a wonderful update, and it moves the plot forward quite nicely. Your Lucius is quite remarkable. I find him utterly captivating, and I like Harry's and Ron's willingness to allow Hermione to make her own decisions regarding working with him. I look forward to your next chapter... you've given me hope once again.

Minor continuity glitch. They met at the Hogsmeade Brewery and when the obnoxious family drove them out they went up Diagon Alley to Olivander's. Diagon Alley and Olivander's are in London, not Hogsmeade. They either needed to Apparate first, and have a reason for Hermione to accompany Lucius to Olivanderr's, or the meeting needed to be in the Diagon Alley locale instead of Hogsmeade in the first place. I think there was another one of these, but it did not stick. In any case I am very glad to see that you are back on this story. It has a very interesting premise and an excellent opening.
