Um, just for the record (and before anyone calls the Division of Family Services), my three kids have been home with ME AND their friends (thank you very much, I successfully fed and cared for 10 children at lunch today...) for most of the past two weeks and it looks like they're going to be spending more time with me than their tax-dollar supported school for at least another week. Not that I'm bitter but I don't get paid to teach these people NOT to talk with their moth open, not to interrupt, that you always need to wipe and that Mama needs to be left alone when she's reading ImmaculateGreyLady's stuff because it takes actual thought to appreciate it.

And I do -- appreciate it, I mean, even if I'm not always able to stifle the blood curdling screams of 3 girls fighting over a bathroom.

Now, if someone reading this hasn't read "Disturbances" -- do not pass "Go" and do not collect $200; go read that. You'll love it AND you'll want to adopt a non-rodent type rodent.

Geez, Erin, you have GOT to stop sending me Tanqueray.... makes me too chatty.

Kisses a c a completely chaste and politically correct way),

I am completely blown away, that was deep. The whole thing, but especially the Department of Mysteries part with the pool of blood, that hit the ick factor pretty high. I enjoyed the first three chapters and I anticipate more, this seems like a good twist. I never thought of Voldemort like that, like Satan, that was an intriguing twist. Post more soon.

now i'm soooo confused! snape doesn't remember moldie voldie dying? or having his soul sucked out? and just why does hermione need to talk to dumbledore? where'd that ol dustmop go? love your snarky snape! does the ministry even know snape's missing from their stores? can he just get away with vacant expressions in public? i can just see folks cursing and spitting on him, then "boo"! he,he! aloha, mele

Just found this. Thank you for not leaving Snape a zombie for longer than you did. I love my snarky sarcastic Snape way better. I"m looking forward to the next chapter.

I will have nightmares about this room for weeks to come. I mean Hermione's living room, of course.

Yay! As much as I love "Disturbances" (and I do, I do!), you have such a great way with imagery and irony that I'm thrilled to read something in a different genre. And your (you're? yore?) beta is one righteous babe. NOT!!! ;)
