I just realized that I had not reviewed. This is a really amazing story. The timeturner idea and making Hermione responsible for turning a young Severus from the dark is really an amazing thing. I am a bit worried about going forward with the presumption that the child belongs to Severus without some confirmation other than she really looks and acts like him. We all know it has to be his child, but it would be nice just to have a wizarding version of DNA testing to back it up - for a lot of reasons. I also like that Hermione is not a super model with perfect body and skin and hair that has been tamed into submission. But I have enjoyed the relationship and banter between Hermione and the child and Severus and the child most of all. It is truly a mixture of joy and frustration to raise a child who is intelligent and confident enough to challenge an intelligent parent. please keep updating regularly.

    God chapter.
    I love Aubrey and Fawkes.
I still find Hermione is to psycololly lly healthy, but it fits somehow. I am eager to see her encounter withj the boys, and the way they have change. Sometime you find an old friend and things flow as ever, other tiems you find out that you have nothing to share but memories.
When people return from exile after lots of year, they always tell that at first, people was really fussing arround them, but later everything settled in their normal life, they weren't novelty any more, and they felt like orphans, not belonging neither to the countrie where they born not to the countrie in wich they found asilum. The sad thing was that they have spent years dreaming of this new start, only to feel loneliness and disapoint. How would it turn to Hermione? How would be her encounter with the boys?

I adore this story, absoluty like the literature references too.
You can easily feel Snape's and Hermione's doubts and fears..., Will Snape be so strong to go out of his pride and learn to forgive himself and take his daughter's love, and maybe Hermione's too?, And for now: Would he being able to let Hermione work by his side?...I'm burning to know this....What can I On Only that I'm looking for a new chap each time I'm going on my PC. Right now I'm so happy because there's number 6!!!

Another brilliant chapter! You know, that last day or so, I've kept your author window open and kept refreshing every half hour so I'd see the minute you updated. I have to say, I can't believe English is your second language, since you use it so artfully!

OK, another day of refreshing for me as I wait for the next update. Cheers! =)

Wow.. and I mean Wow... what a powerful and wonderful story. I can't believe how well written this is and how you have even managed to put it in a time frame that most people will at least understand.

    Please do write more.

I'm trying very hard to imagine Aubrey's reaction to her father. Something like 'At least I don't have his nose' or something. Love the story, write more soon.

I thought the poem was a great addition to the chapter...it makes me want to look into more works by Charles Bukowski. I wonder if Snape will be taking a part in his daughteive.ive. And after Aubrey is told about him, I wonder if he'll even have a choice. :) Looking frd trd to reading more!

One thing fanfic author has difficult in handle well are memories, they tend to screw it up using flashback (shuders). This chapter is a must read for authors who actually want to writte an escene in wich past is remeber.

The chapter is really very good, so tense and dark. My applause and hoping for more ...

I am sucked into your story. You have made my list of top ten writers who can write an excellent Snape. I love Aubrey too. She is most definatly no Mary Sue. I can't wait for Snape to hear that Hermione will be taking over his lower Potions classes. That should be interesting.

Wow. I've ben waiting patiently for Snape's reaction, and you surely didn't disappoint! I'm glad to see that he reacted very 'Snapeish'. I hate it when other stories have him giving in, or getting all soft. Even if he reacts differently by himself or around the other professors, I'm glad that he was Snape with Hermione. Even if deep down inside, I don't like his bad attitude. I still think it was the way he should react. Now I can't wait for the 'introductions'!! I REALLY am looking forward to Aubrey's reaction! heeheehee.
