Wow...just wow. So poignant and insightful, so tense and disturbed all at the same time. Usually I try to eagerly make guesses as to where the story is going, but in this case I'm just waiting to see and will look forward to enjoying the journey wherever it goes.I chI check daily for updates...story is done, yes? Please upload more chapters quickly.

A quick note from the authors...

If you read chapter 5 first thing today, or TRIED to...it had a bit of trouble loading. JUST LOVELY. But it's fixed now, so please try again.

    Thanks!

I think you need to reformat this. There's a lot of garbage at the beginning and end and you have to keep scrolling from left to right because the lines are so long.

And, I'm not usually such an idiot with my spelling... please replace 'you're' with 'your' -- I changed thought directions as I wrote...

Wow! It's so great to see this work up here. You're individual efforts are stunning in their searing imagery and literary eloquence, I'm delighted to read (again) what the two of you create together! Hermione and Severus are both dysfunctional and isolated ewithwithin a sea of humanity. How they cope alone is fascinating, and then what will happen when they 'recognize' each other?

This is an incredibly compelling and well drawn portrait of Hermione. I found Snape's ritual felt "right" and resonated on many levels. I look forward to more of this story. It's richness surprised me, but it shouldn't have, coming from two writers I have enjoyed so much in the past. Continue please.

Another marvelous chapter! I am such an ineloquent reviewer, but I will try to make sense. I am fascinated by Hermione's attraction to Snape and the comparisons she makes between the two of the: he is filthy and she is clean, yet this is an attraction for her. It's such a 'forbidden' piece of fruit in Hermione's eyes - the unwashed Professor. Not because he is her professor, but because he's the opposite of her. Umm, or maybe I'm completely wrong. ;)

    Eagerly await the next chapter!

I am so very glad you mentioned that the story is already complete. This is a breathtaking opening. Also, I generally do not like it when elements of Wicca, Druidry and so forth are brought into fanfic (I'm a Norse Heathen, so it's not that I'msed sed against the religion) but it often doesn't mix well. I believe that the way you have done this is spectacular. It promises to be a very, very good and and I am looking forward to reading all of this story.

Keptin, keptin! The ship, she floats! I am so proud of both of you. There is so much fantastic writing in this and I am still enjoying reading it for the third time. Can't wait for the third chapter. You should both congratulate yourselves on developing new facets to these already fascinating characters. I remain a fan always, Helen
