Ch 15 - tartan nightgown - that was cute, but the emerald knickers were funny! Leave it to two Slytherins to give her knickers in Slytherin green. Nice song for Severus; I'm guessing the bets on his kids are evenly spread, some betting he'll have only one or two, the rest betting on Molly's history of fertility. Poor Severus, having to fetch a wedding dress for his Slytherin student at that time of night, even though she's only been in his house a short while. Funny to think of Fudge shaking Lupin's werewolf paw. So Severus doesn't mind having Lupin as a brother-in-law, eh? Now just keep Hermione below Lucius' and Percy's radar, please... Thanks for the new chapter!!

Ch 14 - is Lucius telling the truth? (Sorry, I still don't trust him!) I was afraid you were going to pair him up with Hermione, but he said he still wouldn't want his family to intermarry. I'm glad Minerva is reunited with her family; that's a nice story behind the mark. Why doesn't Albus just replace Umbridge on staff? Thanks for the new chapter!

I felt the need to answer some of the questions people have been raising.

JB - About Harry and his marriage proposals - I had written the law as men proposing only, but that got me to thinking, wouldn't some women try anyway? That's why he got the bushel of mail from Percy, promise I'll write a chapter where he gets bored and starts reading some of them.

Kelley's Sweetpea - I have plans for Shaklebolt - Congrats to the new mr pomfrey. One of the aurors is going to need long term care for an injury, and love will blosssom...

sbkar - Snape kissing in public - he knows the way to frustrate his students is acting the opposite of what they want him to do. Besides, the man hadn't been kissed since he was at Hogwarts.

JJ - Dumbledore is the typical first time nervous groom - just wait until his bachelor party. Lots of baby/pregnancy laughs on the way. I see Sev mentioning to the publishers of Ars Alchemica at next years potions conference that he reads it aloud to the baby! Sev's grandma was a muggle, hence she needed electricity, etc as she had no magic to do things for her. Most of it, he's just never bothered to get rid of - but look for some Muggle movie fun in later chaps. As for the the spanking, I had originally planned for Molly to be present, but it worked out that it worked better for her to be at home. Promise that if a student earns discipline that bad, another adult will be present to supervise. No particular reason for girls, but I had had visions of so many of the boys wrestling with hairbows and ruffled outfits - can't you just imagine Lucius playing dolls? Yes, internships will follow. Sprout's keeping her name though.

June - more coming on the tartan nighties - but i'm confused - proposal for Harry from the father of his student? I'm not sure what you mean but no, not legal. the father of a boy can propose to a girl on his behal though. The fight was interesting to write. Sev's retrieved most of the stuff from the pawnshop - he let him keep some of the 'muggle junk' as the man is, like arthur, muggle mad. The ring will come up later though. I have a purpose for Lucius - he's going to convince someone to avoid the route he did.

Carmella - thanks for the reviews/emails.

whimsy - Who are the partners of the Beauxbatons girls and will they be forced to take any responsibility?
They are all Beuxbatons boys. Dumbledore/Fudge are now working on a child support law to go before the Wizengamot, as well as a waiver for the new mum from the Decree for Restricting Underage Wizardry so they don't have to learn Muggle childcare methods for the holidays.

    Will any Durmstrang girls arrive?
I don't know at present, they didn't get any of the potion, but maybe they get stuff from the same supplier... Dumbledore has sent a letter to the heads of the big wizarding schools (Where should I put the Asian wizarding school?) inviting them to send pregnant students to Hogwarts rather than expelling them, as they are now set up to handle the curriculum.

Lucius was definitely a Death Eater so why is he being treated so nicely, even by Dumbledore? Has he reconciled himself to the influx of muggleborn genes? Will Ginny be so forgiving of the man who gave her Tom Riddle's diary even if he is her father-in-law? Why is Lucius being so nice to Draco although Draco fought for the other side?

Lucius has had some time to think. He's been corresponding with Ginny since the betrothal for that reason - she wants her new family to get along. And remember that Tonks is related to the Malfoy's through the Black line (Andromeda)Lucius's story is in next chapter.

Is Lucius the father of Tatiana's child? I don't see how since he just got out of Azkaban so who is the father and why would Lucius marry her?
No, Lucius isn't. The father is a French guy who Tia was betrothed to who now no longer wants her. Lucius, if Dumbledore is to be believed, will fall hard and fast in love...

Why weren't Ron and Harry at the Weasely wedding (they're not mentioned although Hermione is)?
They were there (All Hogwarts students were) Hermione got a mention as she was IN the wedding.

If Avery's proclivities become public knowledge, what would a witch do to get out of a marriage with him if she doesn't have someone else handy?
Percy's writing an appeal process amendment.(Chap 4 or so)

Why hasn't someone made an offer for pretty and smart Hermione?
She's managed to keep her head down and keep them from realizing she's eligible - but that will change soon.

Are dirty old wizards all over Britain proposing to attractive young witches? Assuming Ron/Hermione (although who knows, perhaps Percy/Hermione), Yes, they are. Hence some of the mention of the suicide rate - murder rate in ch 2. Most of them just found other guys to propose. The love potion market has gone through the roof.

What about Harry? He's a target for disgruntled Death Eaters and his wife would also become a target. Is there even anyone he likes who reciprocates the feeling? Can Harry, hero of the wizarding world, the man who took down Voldemort and presumably an exceptionally powerful wizard, be forced into marriage especially since he knows the risks to his wife, assuming he even has a girlfriend?

Harry, being a rich guy, has the perogative to wait and pay the fine, giving himself a second year to find a mate who wants him, not the fame. But I think he's going to partner one of the Beuxbatons girls for lamaze...possibilities there.

Are there any gay wizards or lesbian witches and what is their response to the law (and no, Harry is not gay, the books make that perfectly clear)?

Gay marriage is legal, and since there are various potions for male pregnancy and the women can buy the necessary material from the apothecary (choose a donor out of a catalog from some of the best wizards in the world) they are fine with it except for extreme cases. There has been an upswing of marriages to protect partners from the law among the female couples. I have a girl for Harry in mind, don't worry.

So Draco and Ginny got off to an early start. In any event, many questions remain and others are raised by the story so far, none to be taken seriously. Who are the partners of the Beauxbatons girls and will they be forced to take any responsibility? Will any Durmstrang girls arrive? Lucius was definitely a Death Eater so why is he being treated so nicely, even by Dumbledore? Has he reconciled himself to the influx of muggleborn genes? Ch 13 - I like the new husband you have for Professor Sprout - marrying the head of the National Botanical Garden means that her students might get apprenticeships there, perhaps Neville. Poor Severus will be surrounded by pregnant women - his wife, dtr Ginny, and these Beauxbatons students in his house. You still haven't told him he's getting Harry as a son and Lupin as a brother-in-law, and that his sister is found? I'm wondering if Lucius Malfoy is really reformed or if he's still a Death Eater in "sheep's clothing" - scary thought... Thanks for the new chapter!

I'm having lots of fun with your story. The chapters are short with more diologue then descritpion of peoples actions and thoughts to fill them out, but the action is fast paced and the story is great! What about Hermoinie? Is she married/expecting? I couldn't tell. And what about Harry and Ron? Why did your story need all those girls? Although the part about the sabotagued potion was great because now everyone will be having babies! Happy, happy, joy, joy! Let the hilarity commence!

Ch 11-12 - WHAT?!?!?! You're not going to send Lucius back to Azkaban for his murders and Death Eater crimes? Somebody better warn the Beauxbatons ladies that he's a criminal.... Very rude of Madame Maxime to send them through in only their underwear. Hmm, perhaps SHE should marry Lucius!
