I saw this title listed at Dangerous Liaisons, but I hadn't had a chance to go read yet. I love the image of Draco as the elegant, ever-asinine older man. Also, the descriptions of Hermione's grooming (or lack thereof) paint a very vivid picture- one that rings very true. I SO know how she feels. It's a horrible feeling- you see no problem with putting off the task of getting the haircut, plucking the eyebrows, etc. in favor of more "noble endeavors." At least until you're forced to endure the company of those that somehow manage to do all of that, all the time. We should start a support group- your Hermione and I.

The scene in Ch.2- Hermione and Draco arguing- was so moving. My heart broke for both of them. I've read the storyline of Hermione being cursed barren before, but this was far more convincing and genuine. The description of her agony, and of Draco's as well for that matter, were very insightful. I had never considered the possibility of what a child in that situation would endure. A rotten situation for all involved.

Anyhow, I can't tell you how much I enjoyed these two chapters. I will be waiting with baited breath for more!
