Reviews for Anything It Takes

A very powerfully written story although I didn't care all that much for the threesome. I would really like to read a non adult version of this.

The most interesting thing was making Hermione the most powerfull of the Trio, contrary to recieved wisdom, which was a refreshing change. While Hermione obviously has a few self confidence issues in DADA I'm convinced that in terms of raw power she easily surpasses Harry

Here from your recommendation on a review I left for One of Two.

Written very well, and I fully believe and empathise with the main plot - Hermione in great pain and requiring solace from her two best friends. I love that sort of stuff!

I'd love to see a non-adult version of this; I'm not one for sex in the stories I usually read and I couldn't make the leap you had Hermione take here, requiring abrupt physical penetration (there was no real 'love' involved) to assuage her distress. I guess, in that respect, I'm not part of the target audience you envisaged in writing this - this *is* AFF.net - who probably didn't have that same problem.

Hermione the clear superior of the three? Beating *Harry* in duelling!!? Haven't you broken one of the prime axioms of Harry Potter in writing that? "Harry shall always catch the snitch and is the best at DADA"? :-)

Also enjoyed the idea of the Trio, together, being powerful enough to defeat Voldemort. Reminds me a little of E. E. Smith's 'unit' from The Children of the Lens, if you ever read his Lensmen's science fiction series. They'd still have to arrange for Harry to make the final blow, though, since it's "by his hand" that Tom must die. Although it's neat how the 'power he knows not' would be the love and support the three friends have for each other, something Voldemort would never think of with his Death Eaters.

    Powerful story, thanks!

Okee, so this is kinda a good story, except that it makes Harry and Ron and Hermione sorta Mary-Sue-ish. I'm just saying it could be better. It could be worse, but a whole lot better, too.

I like your story exept for the fact that Hermione is the most powerfull. I believe this should be Harry while Hermione is the smartest.
