Hey great story! But lets see what I can do with your questions...

1. How about the laxative laced chocolate drinks? Then you have the Australian Millitary favorite... Get a perminate marker and a cat face on the unfortunate victim. (Hey you could even write "I have drugs up my A**" if you really want to be mean.)

2. Nah... Save the stupid git for the basilisk. "Midnight snack!"

3. Hey it's your story. I will go with what you want to do with Draco... As long as he can still call certain Mudblood and Weasel names!

4. Yeah why not. Heck he may have found out a certain secret in the long run?

5. Noooo! Give Harry a new pet! A Pet with attitude.

2) the obvious choice would be for him to be killed off though harry could take advantage of the situation to study something interesting stuff; Lockhart's incompetence would give him more free time!
3) you should soo not ask when all characters are!

something makes me doupt you'll be writing much vilence in your story but don't forget to get strait your characterisation to have a solid base in the story; each character can be interpreted diffrently and so will react or be seen diffrently depending on the situation. *me bets way too much influence from my english class!*
you have picked a rather interesting plot idea but it hasn't very solid foundation, you should consider not making youe characters so naive/etc and stay away from the; "and he overhead all their conversation blah blah" because there is no way ppl would talk about the obvious in so much detail! some subtility so express what you want to say is what you need^^ *and i'm not trying to be mean here ;3*

I love the plot, it might have been done before, but your version is beautifully exicuted.
I like how you capture your readers interest.
You make people want to know what happens next, and that is hard, but you do it, congratulations!

Should I still have Lockhart as their DADA teacher for the year, get rid of him early or just eliminate him from the story? Maybe you should have him being controlled
What do you think of Draco in my story? Is he out of character too much or not enough? I like him so far, your making him your own so one really can't tell
Should Cedric die?Yes or have him become an ally
Should the Basilisk in the Chamber die? No there are a lot of things you could have done with him/her

First off I have to say I LOVE your story! I am so glad the twins, Bill and Charlie are going to be on Harry's side! So very happy about that.

And Second your questions:

a.) I would love to have Snape be on Harry's side too! *pouts* PWEASE!

b.) I am also hoping that Lockhart won't be their DADA teacher. And that maybe you can have Voldemort back to power before school starts, and he can look like and older Tom Riddle and teach. Or just have Snape teach it. But if neither of those fit for your plot keep Lockhart. lol Whatever you want! He is funny in a stupid kind of way!

c.) Ron, Hermione, and Ginny being tortured to death or to craziness is fine for me. Though I would love it espcially if Ginny was killed! Sorry but I hate her guts!

d.) I don't think Draco is out of character much at all. I think you pegged his love and admiration for his father perfectly. Like the way he wishes to please his father I think is spot on! So good job on that. I loved the part that was in his point of veiw I just love Draco. Well I love his father more than him but still they are both equally perfect! Sorry that last bit was a tad off subject.

e.) I don't think Cedric should die, I think he should realize that Dumbledore was manipulating him in the tournament somehow, like to help him win. Like making Hagrid tell him about the Dragons and how he should defeat them, and with the other clues and cheating. Or have him realize that Dumbledore was doing some maipulating with Harry so he joins Harry and all that rot!

f.) Please don't kill the Basalisk! I think she is so cool(In my mind the snake is a she... Tee-Hee.) She can be Harry's third familiar! LOL Maybe?..Maybe not?

g.) For Harry's animagus forms he could be a snake but that's kinda boring and used. He could be a black panther, or a black tiger with white stripes. Something odd, but still really cool. Or if he was a snake make him like some black snake that kind of shines a cool emerald green color. That would be awesome.

h.) Harry should be resorted. You should have the hat talk to Dumbledore and be like, "I want-no need to resort Harry Potter, I sense his change. Bring him to me!" And he be resorted in Slytherin. Or have Harry mention to Draco he was almost sorted into Slytherin, the hat wanted to put him there but he refused. And have Draco tell Snape and Snape go to Dumbles and be like, "The hat's desicion is final it was against rules to let Harry chose what house he wants to be in! He must be resorted into his proper house!" And Dumbles can't refuse, for his own manipulative reasons, or the like, and Harry be resorted into Slytherin! My that was a lot! Sorry if both idea's suck!

i.) Harry should not get the mark. Because he will become a Dark Lord also, under no one's power but his own. But if he did get a mark have it be special just for Harry showing everyone that he is the Dark Lord Voldemort's mate/lover/husband/boy toy/etc... Or give him his own mark, and let it be a different variation of Voldie's and remark all the followers with it.

j.) For Harry being extra powerful have him bond with Voldemort, in some ancient ritual and they end up sharing power, or just making each other more powerful by being bonded or something of the like. Or hell just make him uber powerful just because you say so!

I think I answered all the question that hadn't already been answered by what was in the chapters. Sorry if this is way too much to take in. I just couldn't resist answering all your great questions! Don't feel obligated to use any of my ideas, espcially if you don't like them! I have really enjoyed your story and I hope to read more soon.

I'll be keeping and eye for more of this story! I think I am getting and account today!

Please keep the snake in the chamber alive. As for Ginny and friends can Tom comunicate with his diary? Does the current Tom that is friends know what is being wrote in his diary by Ginny? If so that would help with pranks and getting back at them. It would help if they wrote stuff about what Dumbles is promising to them. Make Ginny look like a slut and get her caught with her robes down with another boy. Have Harry study and get better grades them Hermonie. Harry was maked as the egual of a 70 year old dark wizard so there has to be power and knowlege in that brain somewhere. And if he ignores Ron he would have more time to study. Whose side is Sev really on here? Looking forward to more. thank you

I like the start! One thing, though, it's tome, not tomb (I assume you are talking about a book and not a grave marking). Otherwise, it would be a little confusing, as there wasn't anything left of the Dark Lord to bury after the curse rebound.

- Hermione and Ginny are tought but theres always the spider hoards for Ron.
