I am enjoying this story very much. I also like the fact that Hermione is not perfect like she is shown in so many fan fictions. Though I am a bit surprised that Dumbles hasn't ordered Snape to contest for the title of Dark Lord..it would be interesting if nothing else.

Ms Figg . . . I'm not sure that I can convey how much I enjoy your writing of Severus Snape and Hermione Granger. But I'm sure going to try :-)

I probably should have reviewed your stories a thousand times before now. When I first started scanning the HG/SS realm of fanfiction, I was an advid fan of the DM/HG fanfiction (and I still am). I couldn't allow my mind to rap around the concept of the snarky, dark Potion Master being coupled with bright, intelligent Hermione Granger.

Then I ran into a fan fiction of yours . . .Becoming Familiar with a Man of Misery. For the first time, I stepped into a world where Severus was more than a mean old dungeon bat, and Hermione was more than a goodie goodie. It defined them with more layers than I had originally given them credit for having. From then on, I was hooked.

I've made it through about 70% of your HG/SS fanfiction, and I've yet to run into one that will allow me to walk away from the story without completing it. I am simply in awe of the way you portray Severus Snape and Hermione Granger. Whether he's an Anti Hero, a misunderstood soul, or just a manipulative bastard, I just can't help adoring Severus Snape in the stories you write. Your rendition of Hermione Granger is also amazing. She a combination of wit, sass, intelligence and a good heart . . . with a mean streak and a dash of masochist on top.

I just wanted you to know that I am grateful for your presence on this board. I've loved every single fic of yours that I've read on this board so far and I can't imagine not loving any of the rest.

You are a true talent. Thank you for sharing it with the rest of us.

P.S. In all of my ramblings, I forgot to review the story, LOL! It was a great chapter (but then again, I think they all are). You can tell that Hermione is going to emmerse herself in this project. Will Poor Severus be able to survive it? :-) I look forward to the next chapter!
