Something about a vicious lucius guarding Hermione reminded me of Snoopy as in his 'vulture" act, bent over sneering at everyone. I could actually see it in my head. If anyone out there knows what I'm talking about, try and link a pic for us all to laugh along with. And yes, "UPT" is the right term for it. Apryl 8D

Yes the Snapes are really burning up the sheets and the Malfoys are too stubborn for their own good as they too could be engaging in such fun spell play. I know that you are going to have a long work of fiction, but Hermione needs to take more drastic steps to get Lucius to end some of his pig-headedness. Keep up the great work!

I take everything back that I wrote about chapter 10: THIS is the hottest lemon so far. I was wrong, sorry. ;) GREAT, GREAT, GREAT and HOT!!! Oh, and very GREAT and HOT, by the way! Did I already mention how GREAT and HOT it was? And before I forget, I really need to say it was GREAT and HOT!!! ;P

And please don't mention the demanding cat... my own has gone psycho and I'm afraid she loves it. If she were male, I'd change her name into Lucius, but I don't actually want to encourage her any further... *lol*

i do so enjoy this story. some times i have a hard time letting go of the frustration i feel on Hermione's part. it rankles me that she would take the entire blame for Lucius loss of freedom. i would say that she is the least to blame naming Lucius than Aurthur firstly. after all this is instead of azcaban and Aurthur is the creator of the alternative punishment. Hermione is the only one with the loss of freedom that hasn't done anything wrong. she may not mind being tied to Lucius for life but she is already sacrificing her free will. its like being forced to be someones prison guard for life. prisoner or guard, both live in the prison.

i can totally see Hermine giving in and playing submissive in the bedroom, but i don't think she could stand being starved for intelligent conversation. this is the smartest witch of her age after all. she is more likely to have an intellectual affair...
don't get me wrong i love this story and look forward to your updates.

Great chapter. Thanks for giving us a peek into Severus and Ginny's life.

Now, maybe its just me, but I don't really see anything wrong with the way Lucius is acting, under the circumstances. From what I've read, he's practically been a prisoner in that house for several years. Hermione never took the time to actually think he might want a life outside his home. Mind you, I've never been under house arrest, but I've been almost trapped in my apartment for days without being able to go anywhere because of weather. It's understandable considering the way she treated him, and that seems to be that she ignored his needs, not just for sex but for human contact. That means, going out and maybe just shopping, or to a restaurant or just even having someone to talk to.

All they've done so far was go to a Quidditch match. But he's still in that house day in and day out not being able to leave unless she goes with him. I think she sees herself as the only victim here, but really she's not bad off. She can come and go and doesn't need a chaperon to go anywhere. Not to mention she has all the money she desires and now she's even getting sex to boot. I just can't feel sorry for her at this point.

I'm looking forward to the next chapter. Thanks for updating!

Cat in your lap?? Try having one balancing on your shoulder, and watching the screen the whole time you are typing! I loved the chapter, love. I think it was good. I'm glad Hermione is getting ready to change tactics... Perhaps, if Lucius was to see another man propositioning her, it might drive him to the point where he would try to consider keeping her happy with their relationship, so she won't be tempted to look elsewhere? Just a thought!

Anyway, The scene between Severus and Ginny was absolutely lovely. I am definately looking forward to more!

La Bibliographe I know exactly what it's like to type with a demanding cat on the lap as I have a demanding cat that always seeks my lap... don't know why though as he used to avoid me!

Anyways, that was a lovely set of updates; and you're right. Ginny and Severus eh? Well, well... Harry'd probably shiver in his grave at that thought.

I love where this is going but er... can we arrange a kidnap of Hermione or something - you know something to make Lucius realise he does love her?

Oh, I understand EXACTLY how difficult it is to type with a demanding cat in one's lap. In fact, I can double it: I understand the difficulties of typing with a lap cat AND a cat wandering wherever is most inconvenient. So, yay you! But I'm getting sad. It seems that Hermione is going to be very unhappy for a very long time. Surely she will feel of the good sometime soon?
