i really blame Hermione and Ron because Ron saw Harry drinking and didn't stop his girlfriend from following Harry in the first place besides u cant will against a drunk person and she's a smart witch she could have knocked him out and or just stund him or just left him alone and Ron shouldn't have let her out of her sight so its not really Harry's fault

Wow...again this is really an unpredictable chapter, especially the in-depth analysis of Snape's feeling and thinking, I believe we would know that particular incident later. But based on his past, that's really much like Harry, but luckily Harry has Ron and Hermione...actually after your analysis, I start thinking the reason of Snape being a spy - to repay the debt for James and Lily. Actually I have my own guess of Snape's feeling towards Lily of either like or love, but your analysis is far more convincing...as Snape is out (for a moment?), I believe things would be more difficult for Harry and Draco.

For Ron, actually in the first part, I was thunder-struck! How can Ron say something like that - choosing to be friend because of some greater evil/good! That particular wordings make me feel that Ron's being a prat at all times pretending caring Harry! But luckily again things turn out fine - yeah I totally agree that Ron always being a bighead - but he is really nice, trustful, reliable and caring. I particularly recalled Ron's joining Harry into the Forest following the spiders, or...threatening Sirius to kill him first in the shack...or using Hermione as an owl to tell Harry about the first task during book 4...in short - I like this Ron better than your suggested 2 versions...sure I believe things would turn out better when Ron and Harry walk in the common room at the same time...maybe when Dumbledore finds out later, he (together with Tonks and Remus) would come up different punishment for both of them.

Lastly, as nothing has been mentioned of Draco's, and other Gryffindors, just ask would they appear sooner or later?

    Chapter 12

Nope, not to fast. I loved the whole Snape bit in the beginning. You definitely got inside his head, and portrayed it perfectly. And I liked the not-fight scene, too, between the two boys. I'm really worried about what will happen to Draco though!!

I lost a prefectly good review to you for AFF.net downtime. *huffs* Anyway, I hadn't realised how close the title to my new story is to yours. *Embarrassed face-palm* I'm sorry, I was probably drunk again (drinking a lot while the in-laws are here visiting) and didn't even consider checking around at titles as I usually do before finalising them.

So, on to the story. I hope Draco takes Snape's advice even if he is a hard-headed space cadet sometimes. Ron is a piece of shit, and Hermione can kiss my lily-white butt. I hope Harry beats the hell out of him when they bump into one another on the Quidditch pitch and Ron falls and impales himself on a pitch pole. Okay, maybe not that graphic, but that's how I'm picturing it in my head.

And about the book: Have you checked out the HP Lexicon? It's like a fan fiction writer's dream. It has everything canon. There's a page that lists every canon book there is. It's been a good friend of mine for over four years. Can't wait for the next chapter, you left a cliffie!

Oh, lovely! You're scared for Draco too? He's doomed! Wonderful chapter here, it as nice seeing Albus pop in with his wise-self to straight out the hothead. Ron gets into a fight with someone (either Harry or Hermione) every book and holds a grudge out a lot longer than he should, so this isn't a stretch by any means. I love your writing style, can't wait until the next chapter comes out and I FIND OUT ABOUT DRACO!

I just read all the chapters I have somehow missed. This is so good, very interesting, grabbing plot line, personal interactions are spot on, and the sex is sprinkled in in just the right amount. You have done Ron expecially well, he is so often very flat and predictable in other fics. Draco and Harry are just perfect, I imagine that helping Draco will help Harry over his own problems. Heaven help us when Ron finds about THAT. Of course, am begging for more, but know how real life can be.... speaking of which, off to work with me, probably late as it is. Thanks for a great ride so far!

Wow...first of all, just thanks for your praise! Since I will be quite busy with work till Friday, just let me quickly R&R.

Now Snape knows, sure he is going to do something, like informing Dumbledore and others, or even cooperate with Harry (though I say not sooner but later when threat is present)...but I must admit - if this is the case, interesting scene is assure...

Still I have my doubt - well actually Harry is absent in Gryffindor and all his classes with others like Seamus, Dean and especially Neville & Ginny - they must be very curious and try to find out, as they are friends...I am just wondering what have they done / what will they do? How will Ron, Hermione and Harry react to them.

For Ron, actually this is expected, as Ron is always jealous of Harry (as clearly shown in Book 4 when Harry was announced as one of the candidates) - and Ron is always true to Harry, maybe even suspious of Harry's intention on Hermione, so Ron's outburst is right. But I am just wondering, Ginny is the closest Wealsey to Ron, will she talk him out? Will Ginny still harbout feeling for Harry? Also with such a traumatic event, sure Hagrid will notice, what has he done? Or will Hagrid be there?

BTW, I have a good suggestion, As Cissa is planning revenge on Draco as well as Harry, if ever, just IF, she finds out the love between the two, then she can kill two birds with one stone...and this may mean something to Draco...

Lastly, let me wait for coming chapter, as 2 ex-friends seem to find an unexpected way to reach each other...what will Harry do?

Sooo need chapter 12! Draco went home. If he dies I'm going to be sooo angry at him for the way he left things with Harry! Now they know what Harry did. I can understand the protective streak but that other nonsense... Ron saw a lot of what went on at the Dursleys. Can't believe he'd sprout crap like that. But when you're angry the mouth takes over. He's heading outside and Harry's out there. That worries me!

    Chapter 11

ONOES!! XDD This was a terrible place to leave off. If both Ron and Harry are going flying, they're bound to run into eachother, and I'm really worried about Draco. No it does not help that you're worried about him too! XDD

Hum...finally found out some time to read 2 chapters at one time...that explains why Draco is so worried - since Draco loves his mother, that makes things vulnerable...and if Harry insists to go with him - that doubles the worries! Will this happen?

And will Snape find this out? Actually if Draco needs to go back, school must be informed and Snape must find out, will he warn Draco for this. As Snape might have a better understanding of Cissa, will there be any precautionary measures?

Lastly - does Remus and Tonks know about Harry's attempted suicide?
