I absolutely love this story to death. I always await with baited breath for the next chapter. I love Veela stories, but yours in particular has touched me greatly. This chapter especially has brought out alot of emotions in me. I must say that I am happy and sad about Ginny leaving. She has never been a favorite character for me when people tie her with Harry. For me, she has never been strong enough or mature enough to be a counter part for Harry, and I always felt that she doesn't see Harry for who he is but what she wants him to be. Your Ginny as well as many I have read has always conciously or unconciously shown these faults. I'm happy she is gone because she is making Harry feel bad for doing something that she agreed with at the beginning. I'm sad because this is going to make Harry work twice as hard to be something that he isn't for her. If Ginny really loved him as much as she thinks she does, she would fight for him with him. I just hate that she is playing the victim in all of this. Your a magnificant writer and I can't wait to see how this all unfolds. Thank you for your time.

Well...if someone, like Harry, always need to remind oneself of what to do, what not to do, what should have done...etc - he/she will break down one day, being a small incident, a small gesture or others. If Harry is under great pressure, esp. one well-kept secret of having a 'secret enemy', he will lose his foresight, and this gives Draco more advantages (esp. given Ginny's decision).

For Pansy, I would only say she is stupid, she is too proud of herself, so sure of herself, and she is a Slytherin - one should know in order to be a winner, you should keep everything in control, including yourself - exposing your manipulation in this affair does her no good - as we can truly see this only infuriate Draco with his veela.

I don't know well what love is - given Ginny's situation, feeling of desparation is indeed very strong - but it only takes 6 months to destroy years of trust and marriage and...love. This is not a matter of who love who more, what do you share with...it is an issue of trust, I can only say Ginny may take a wrong action.

Lastly, Harry does need to know that...he deserves to be loved and protected as well... no matter how giving one person is, if his feeling is not returned, eventually he will die out, and I don't want to see something like this.

Thank you for another great chapter. I love this fic. Now Ginny is gone, not divorced yet, and I'm dying to find out where this is going to go. I'm hoping that the playing field is cleared for Draco. And the way you've written Pansy, WOW, she's quite a force to be reckoned with. Plus I can't wait to find out who Harry's enemy is. Can you tell us if it is someone from the books or an original character? Please update soon.

I have so much respect for Ginny now. I really really adore her right now that i'm almost (i repeat almost) sad that its not a Harry/Ginny fic. The part about Pansy & Draco is disgusting *shudders*. I can't imagine how he can touch her. If I were him I'd probably trow up at the end. I hope that torture for Draco doesn't last. I'm actually feeling sorry for him too. Thank you for the really long updates.

Somehow I suspect it might be Percy who is after Harry for revenge. Somehow I believe he knows how Ron and Hermione died at Harry's hands. Percy is the missing person at the Burrow because he is still somewhat estranged from his family. The only other possible suspects might be Bill or Charlie who maybe in with Percy to make Harry pay for their familys heartfelt loss. It's unfortunate that Ginny has decided to leave Harry in a very vunerable and difficult position right now alone with a very determined Veelian Malfoy. Both sides are clearly united in claiming their only mate once and for all. please do continue.

Is the enemy Neville? Sorry, thats just someone I wouldnt expect. I feel bad for harry that ginny left him, you've written it so well to show his love for her, eventhough hes not quite been there recently... But then again, I did expect them to break up because after all, it is a harry/draco. Or, could the enemy be Pansy?? that would be kind of funny...oh , wait. it couldnt be pansy because of he died before the year was up, draco wuld be dead as well. I wonder if theres any way for him to get rid of the photos> help of the elves? eh, she probably has copies somewhere else. damn. oh well. Loved the chapter!

So sad pooor Harry can't even find someone's shoulder to cry on.
But I 'm confused won't the weaselette see information about the letter in the pensieve?
He should have taken the holiday alone and just be alone.
By the way Pansy's move will only get blasted with the fury of the veela.
And I'm starting to wonder if guilt for killing Ron and hermione isn't part of the reason Harry got with Ginny.

I soooo need chapter 6! Who is this person? They would only go after Harry? What was in the envelope that Pansy gave him?

wow. awesome chapter!! THis fic is GREAT. I adore Veela fics, but there are SO many 'same ol, same ol'. This is awesome. Though I want Harry to lock Pansy, Ginny, and Draco in a room and let them have some cheese with their wine, lol.

This has been a good birthday, everytime I check there's a new chapter from a story I really enjoy and now yours has been added to the list.

Normally I don't enjoy stories like this, stories that have the potential to leave a person, or multiple persons, out in the cold. I'm one of those people who loves happy endings for everyone no matter how unrealistic that is in real life, though I do like the stories to still hold on to their realism.

But I love the story. I find I like the slow developing relationship between Draco and Harry. And I'm enjoying the chase. And it's interesting to see the slow crumbling of Harry's relationship with Ginny. It's nice that he loves her and feels so loyal to her, but when being with someone takes such effort to portray what you think they want to see, and when it makes you so exhausted trying to hard to be something/someone your not, to deny truths about yourself, then you should start thinking or re-thinking things.

Even if he doesn't stay go with Draco, I don't think he should stay with Ginny. She doesn't seem to truly make him happy, and now that she isn't as much of a... shield I guess, she's just plain making him unhappy. I truly feel for him in this story, more than anyone. More than Ginny or Pansy, and more than Draco. I hope in the end, that whatever happens, he ends up happy, even if the other 3 aren't.

Well...such delicately written, all feelings, emotions and thoughts are explained in details...and I am surprised to find out the crack down start with Ginny!

But it is true - she is hurt, helpless and acts like a burden, compare to Draco - he is bright, rich, beautiful/gorgeous, humorous/cunning-ness (it depends on Draco's words, not mine)...she is really facing a losing battle...

But maybe really Harry is too strain, unknown of how to live, how to be loved...he just takes...to much responsibility and never thought of why - simply he cannot protect himself. And that's the danger, and now such danger proves itself, if that is a friend, who is skilled in potions and been a friend before...well...linkages are limited - only Snape/Nott left!

Who will find out the hidden hurt first? Draco? Ginny? Or Kingsley? BTW, Pansy will pay deadly for her action...never trick a Malfoy - even she is Mrs. Malfoy!
