What an enjoyable chapter. Thanks for the reprieve from the Lucius/Hermione tension, and it's nice to get some insight to Lucius's feelings a little bit. And the kitty cat writing was quippy and fun.

Now Lucius as some kind of lion, on the prowl...what a wonderful picture that makes! :)

I'm enjoing this story very much!
your Lucius is perfect in my opinion! He is a gentleman ! A Slytering ,but truly a gentleman!
His fears are so real, so human! We all have felt that way at least once! Not really knowing how the other person feels or thinks about us, and not knowing exactly how we feel!!
    Thank you for wrinting it
And i am sorry for my poor english!!I can read very well, it is the writing that gives me problems

I really enjoyed this lovely slice of life you have written of Lucius meeting Hermione's parents.

I was suddenly struck with the fact that you simply adore Lucius and like the Greek gods on Olympus enjoy sitting by the pool and helping your favourite to evolve and hopefully attain happiness. I have enjoyed every twist and turn of your story, but mostly I have enjoyed the love you lavish on all the characters you have written.

You've had Lucius endure his Pureblood concerns about marrying Hermione, but have so far left Hermione unscathed - will she have to deal with some flack in the near future for marrying a Deatheater?

Wow, Lucius "admitted" his love first (to himself, anyway). Usually it's Hermione who reluctantly acknowledges her feelings, while Lucius has to be dragged kicking and screaming (in a dignified, Pureblood way of course) to do the same. Sounds like their time apart has done serious damage to their relationship. The guy in me is waiting for where the mystery of the Ministry will lead, while the girl in me is screaming and foaming at the mouth for the love story to eventually work itself out.

beautiful. positively beautiful. its nice to
know that Hermione's parents aren't going to
blast Lucius but are still quite capable of
keeping him on his toes. and, if i know Lucius,
that one little thought planted by her father
is going to keep nagging at him until he answers
    the question for himself.

i can't wait for the moment when he does.

    again, looking forward to more.

    *hugs*

This was a great chapter. I can't wait to read more to find out if Lucius truly loves Hermione. I think he does but he just can't express it yet. Please update again soon.

I'm really enjoying this story and I'm excited to see how their relationship changes once they are in Lucius' world. I'm English and I am afraid that I have never heard of "pot roast". Is this perhaps a purely American dish?

Please keep up the good work.
