Engaging as usual. I like the backstory from Lucius, he's not exactly a very forthcoming character and its always nice to see him open up a bit. I continue to have this, most likely deluded, belief that everyone, no matter their past, is able to reform....even my fictional characters whom I seem to develop very strong attatchements too LOL....keep it up...I so love reading about poor Lucius struggling to gain the upper hand and failing so adorably.

i particularly love the back story. a little
history into what now makes the characters
tick is some of the best stuff, in my opinion.
i've always hated when authors write about what's
happened before, but they only give hints and
never go into deep detail. that's always made me a
    bit on the batty side.

i look forward to the meeting with her parents. i
suspect they'll be even less willing to forgive his
    actions than Hermione was.

there's so much work to be done before the two of them
can have a truly healthy relationship. i see both of
them as being so very flawed. Hermione hides it in her
intelligence and Lucius uses his control to batter the
    image aside.

it will be most interesting to see how the two of them
resolve this issue they have. and i'm sure you'll get to
    it eventually.

again, i'm looking forward to more!

    *hugs*

I have to admit that my sympathies have always been a bit more with Lucius as he was the one left in prison and heartbroken while he believed his wife was out with other men.I know he is no innocent and should not have abandoned Hermione like he did but i can sort of understand where his thoughts were.I am hoping at some point that all will be revealed about those other men and Lucius downward spiral.

They needed to have that conversation, didn't they - get it all in the open.

Lucius is cute - "I know I'm the nasty villain and need to get my comeuppance"...somehow that didn't sound too sincere. Coming to terms with the position he finds himself in will take a man like Lucius a LONG time, I would think, baby or no baby. I find I can't be too hard on him.

I'm looking forward to seeing how he handles Hermione's parents though. Will they extract all his teeth, I wonder?

Oh, schwow, Lucius has some anger problems. We knew that, but at home? I hope that doesn't come to the fore-front at a bad time.

ould you give us a hint to which house the villians were in. Are they two guys, or guy & girl . Or two girls ?

If I was married to Lucius, he would never make it out of the bedroom, and if he did, he would never leave the house, without me by his side.

Just reading Lucius' comments about Hermione's fashion sense reminded me of that new show of Tim Gunn's on Bravo about how he helps women who need to change their fashion style. I can so see Lucius in that role. LOL.

Cool!! Please, please give another hint or two as to the conspirators!! Is it Draco? (I don't think so, but your stories are so twisty that you never know!) AAAAARRRRRGGHHH! The suspense is killing me! (Well done!)

I know they need to find a way to live together, but except for the sex part, I kind of want to hit both of them over the head with a cast iron skillet.

And those villains sound horrible. I want to laugh at them as much as I want to know what exactly they want. Good chapter!
