Reviews for Prisoners of Love - A Mystery - COMPLETE

What a delightul conclusion!  I liked the ruthless-and-selfish-but-never-abusive-to-Hermione version of Lucius in this story perhaps best of all.  He doesn't change out of all recognition, and Hermione's fine with that, for the most part, as she manages him to the best of anyone's ability.  :)

    oooh, this was marvellous!

i actually suspected Percy Weasley (as per request i will not mention if rightly so, to avoid obvious spoilers to other revievers ;) ) i mean, from kettle norms to making money from stolen toiletpaper, a real "papergangsta" carrer i'd say ^^

really, five kids? i dont know why so many authors want hermione to want/have so many children. as a mother you can hardly do one child justice, you will always be unfair to one with two. poor sods who have five... or rather four siblings.i have three sisters and honestly, two at the most would have been more than sufficient for me.

i adore your lucius ;) though there are moments, where i want to hit him with 'hogwarts a history' hard.

Is there ever going to be some kind of oneshot or sidestoy about severus' brown paint and brownies ;) i'd love to read that. i am of course not curious at all...

Excellent, as yours all are. You could have a whole series with SS and LM as aurors by night...kind of like batman and superman (dressed in black). Love the way you brought Lucius and Hermione together and the way her parents acted toward him. Very enjoyable read. As always, thanks for sharing. p

Yay! You know that this is what I have been waiting for all along. And it is all coming together now with the trail that will probably wind up in the same place in the end. Very good!! p

Excellent and I am so glad that he is finally going to address the anger between them, especially since the cause is not what either thinks. Also look forward to Hermione accepting that some of the things Lucius does are to take care of her, not control her. She just has a preconceived notion of the behaviors of the common (not!) Slytherin. Classical conditioning, I am sure. It would have helped had Lucius kept Hermione informed regarding the attempts to get at them. Gets better all the time. p

Whether she wanted it or not, Hermione's love for Lucius is shining through and I hope that Lucius sees it for what it is. She is still so protective of him and even though she does not want him to hold a grudge, she looks only with disdain on those that wronged her husband and then tried to do it again.
Love Draco most when he is giving Hermione her due and accepting her without changing who he is. Pansy is really out of the loop if he has to send her signals not to insult Hermione. Would love to see her become an ally for Hermione through Draco telling her what he is thinking.
When so many are against Lucius, you don't know who, if any of them, is behind trying to ruin him. Gotta love it. p

Lucius needs to man up and call Hermione on the betrayal. One of them is going to have to resolve their issues or they will just get further and further apart. I love when you write about Crooks. It always makes me want one...of course, I want a Lucius also so there you have it. great, so far. p

Good story. Hermione is a bit of a pain, but an adversarial relationship is more likely between the two of them, I guess. She is not compromising either and in fact is being less fair when she knows that he has had no control at all for many years and still makes it a power struggle. One thing though, I might have missed something somewhere, but I thought that the pictures of Hermione out on the town were planted in the paper for Lucius to see. I did not realize that she was really going out. Shame on her and how can she think that it was not important. How would she have felt had Lucius gone out while she was in prison? I think she would have had a cow. Love your stories. p

Good Grief! I held my breath through the whole chapter after seeing it called Reunion Redux, waiting for Harry to show up while they were indisposed. Really love these two together, and am looking forward to them talking to each other instead of around each other. Excellent!! p

Hermione should see that Lucius is giving on all counts (while she is literally giving on none). I am looking forward to seeing how you are going to bring out the suffering each lived with when apart. As I said earlier, I really like your Harry, who does not approve of Lucius, but is a good friend to Hermione in the way of giving her support and being there for her. I have always disliked the way many stories portray her "best friends" as rigid, close minded bullies where she is concerned. The term bullies is only used because they are not kind and loving, but usually yelling and threatening to take their friendship away from her unless she does what they think she should. Wonder if Snape needs to give them both a wake up call so that they know the truth and not what is shown out of fear. p

A "little slytherin in you"? Pun intended, I'm sure if that slytherin is Lucius, huh? Standing back and watching out for his best friend is one of the smartest things I have ever seen him do. Still love Snape, but wonder how long it will take before he is framed for something if he gets too close. Excellent. p

At least Hermione has Ginny on her side. I suspect her parents would serve Lucius breakfast in bed for life if they were told that he married their daughter to save her from the threatening guards. As all of yours, the story is excellent. Can't leave reviews each time as it cuts me off without notice, but each chapter is great and worthy of a glowing review. p
