Yep. Ginny sure would say that she's the victim. Indubitability. Perhaps a lawn gnome can serenade her with a weepy violin when this all comes to a head. Ah, this fics many tendrils tug, snag, and tickle. ;)

OMG! I had no idea it was really the end of George--and how! Shock.

This chapter was so sad. Not only the passing of George but Harry not allowing himself any comfort or mourning rights. (And I just got a sense of Harry "on the outside"-sad.) Everything was so touching and delicate yet necessary and harsh. I think you did a good job, capturing the edges and curves of the tragedy and all the tumltous emotions banging against the walls.

What a request George made of Harry! It seems like it was for the best, though. Magic can do a lot of good things, but keeping someone alive who is rotting and grossly bleeding to death despite the "kindness" if not the patient's request seems cruel. Yet, I totally understand Harry's concern about his relationships with everyone, if they were ever informed of his role in George's slightly early departure. Wouldn't want to be him.(This is the song that never ends...)

The weight on Harry's shoulders from everything must be near reaching his limits. Let's just see if he can keep from adding on guilt from other war casualties. Or will he take them unto himself as well. I feel so bad for Harry.

...Yes, it goes on and on my friends! Some people started singing it not knowing what it was...

I was impressed that Draco picked up that Harry was lying. Granted Draco came with the intention of focusing on Harry and wasn't as consumed by tears as those around him, but I don't think Draco's intuition and familiarity about Harry can ever be topped. I totally think Draco has been familiarizing and memorizing Harry since the day they met and not necessarily on purpose. That is just the kind of person Draco is and since Harry became a unforgettable or non-get-riddable figure in Draco's life, I see it as maybe a bit of Draco's nature to make sure he remembers everything (if for no other purpose than to use it and the mere accuracy of his memory prowess against them). But maybe it is Only Harry.

Oh my dear god. That chapter left a HUGE impact. I cried, okay? I cried twice. You made me cry twice! That was .. heart wrenching, to say the least. I really really still feel like crying. George.. oh my god. He didn't deserve that kind of pain. Not at all. He was one of the nicest person ever. He was brave right until the end. Even the others didn't have the right to make him endure all the pain, not even for another week. Harry knew what was best for him, and George had asked Harry because he knew Harry would be the only one that could understand his pain. Obviously it was hard for Harry, he couldn't kill George, it just wasn't right. Yet who was he to deny all the pain that George was feeling? To leave him like that and wait for the time to come would hurt George more than the pain itself. That would be a betrayal. So Harry did it, but not before hurting himself first. And that git indeed, how could he just stay silent and let it burden him? My god. Even I could tell it was beyond hard for Harry. The burden that he keeps alone could slowly break him, if it hasn't started already. And Draco saw all that. He could see what would become of Harry in the future. I'm glad he did, because if he didn't, he'd be just like the rest of them. He don't deserve to get Harry if he didn't see all that. But alas, he is Draco Malfoy. He DID see. They totally deserve each other. And the other part that made me cry was the Harry and Draco part. I could tell that Draco was hurt. Both of them were hurt, especially when Harry remembered about Ginny. He knew it would be wrong to his family and Ginny if he let it all go to Draco, if he depended on him. Even if that was the only thing he needed and wanted most. My heart went to Draco when he walked away. That part was so, so sad. It must be hard for him too, to wait for Harry.

One of the best chapters. You're just a great writer. You described everything so fine, I could literally feel the emotions behind all words. I hope Harry would be okay. And Draco too. Can't wait for the next one.

Holy crap! Are you trying to give me a heart attack or something? Because I almost had one! It was sooooooooooooo out of sudden I didn't even have the chance to breathe properly. I was beyond horrified when that .. thing had Scorpius, and even more when it broke Draco's shield. And just when I was trying to calm myself down, Harry and his family were then attacked. So glad that Narcissa was there to save Draco and Scorpius. And Harry to know all those useful dark spells. If not for them, I really don't want to know what could have happened. I really, really despise Draco's wife. Especially if she had willingly helped the Salazar's Snakes into the Manor's ward. I understand that she really wanted to get Draco killed, but her own son? The hell? One thing's for sure, now we know just how DAMN dangerous the Salazar's Snakes are. And oh gods, what happened to George? Pleaseee make him okay. I really hope he's okay. Wow, intense chapter. Extremely worrying. Really can't wait for the next one. Good work!

I had some catching up to do, was on vacation. I love this more that ever, you write one mean story. The interactions between the characters is so intense and fun to read, I love how you write them as real people, not the flat, 2-d ones that you run across so ofter. Can't wait for the next one.

Arg... this two chapters were great!! They attacted the childern... bad, very bad. I see lots of pain coming their way. I'm very interessted in what you said in the answer to Rafiq's review. Something that is hard to forgive... hhmmmm.... You really want us curious here. *smile* But the connection are get tighter around Harry and Draco and I'm looking forward to see what you have planned for that 24th chap you mentioned.
Will there be another session with the cool head-doc?? I like him, and I want to know what he thinks about Harry... and
'Till now all major reinforcements of the bound between Harry and Draco happend when they were alone or unobserved. Will there be a situation where maybe Ron, Hermine or Ginny will be present??
    Hope you update soon!!!
    greetings

Aside from Hermione's ideal that Ginny is best for Harry, she has a way of making Harry's want, need, (pick a word) his situation sound so...un...great. (the sound does't ring true cause I know how great Draco is and why, but the sounds does ring) boo.

I loved how Draco handled his curiosity and Hermione. His one ups on the girl are few and far between but when he gets 'em...

The cliff hanger was terribly dredful. Another Weasly-the last half of a whole! Actually for the whole chapter my heart was in my throat and constriction in my chest just got tighter as the chapter went along. From Hermione's office to Ron's update-a thundering heart beat and eyes glued to the screen. Proof postive of on-the-edge-of-the-seat eye popping suspense, action, and highly emotive writing, done Very well. Whoot!

A wonderful emotional rollercoaster. Wheee! Aaaah! EEEk! OOoh. Ya, got me. The spells and curses you have created here are, too, horrific but brilliant. A blood hydra. The ideal of a enchanted blood hiding in a dark corner waiting to strike looking like a static person-Creeeeeepyy. The gas, too, on a house full of children--unbelievable. Great creative thought here! :D

(Still I couldn't help but think for the briefest moment'Oo! Draco got a Gryffindor color curse with the blood red and Harry a Slytherin color curse with the yellow and green!' I will search out anything to keep Harry attached to Draco. haha. clutching at straws and planting needles.)

The Slytherin Snakes, this war, have touched the whole Wiz World in a very heavy handed way, so quickly. And to think that the crazies who support this could have been a passersby or a fellow at the bar next to you cause it's not just the "purebloods" it everyone else too. A message maybe to...I dun know pick a side? Or to run and come back when a winner has been declared and just live with the results mum lipped?

Who could the ring-lady be? Merian (sp)--it was mentioned earlier that she wouldn't be done away with so easily as prison. At the moment I think it is Umbridge. Why? Well, the attack happened so soon after the Council of War's first meet and Umbridge wasn't invited but it happened at the Ministry. Perhaps she felt slighted or outraged by their gal to meet under her nose. Umbridge would probably LOVE a second chance to persecute muggle borns and put and end to the contamination or just loard power under those not as good and prim as she. Everything in its proper place and all. She has no qualms about using dark arts. The strange way she talks and her reasons probably appeals to both muggleborns and purebloods in a mental and emotionally disturbing way. Everything is so black and white with her, so simperingly simple.

Small minds love simple. -wage another war where one side swears to wipe out the other. last one standing wins. see simple.--This was all decided over tea in a mind warping Pink setting.

IF it is not her then Cho or Pansy or if Percy has undergone a transgender operation... Maybe Pansy's the new Bella or maybe Cho went off in the head after Cedric and the Voldemort cemetary incident. Voldy was a muggleborn that was crazy, stupid, evil and who killed a blessedly sweet pureblood boy. The insane number of powerful purebloods that followed this halfblood had to be because of his taint on everything. Get rid of taint, purify with world all is well?

Why am I even trying to guess who dun it? It is maddening and creepy to try and think like a crazy war monger-person. But your chapter has me all in a tizzy and I want to work off this fabulous heart thumping energy. (no, it wasn't coffee, though it might have been cake)

Yes, Harry's mind is preoccupied from his potential bi-sexual mid-life crisis. The urgency to discover his mysterious desire Pales in comparison to the very present maddness of a new War. (I don't really care what he discovers I just thought it would be fun to see him put forth a Gryfindor but purely Harry effort. Just the idea of the stubborn effort renders chuckles.)

!Ah! From the way this is going so far, it may be a good idea for Draco to...move...on. ::sobgaspsob:: Not that I want him to cause H/D ForeveR! But I don't want Draco to be crushed. Maybe he should just give Harry his heart like literally. Ya, know in a little box like that pirate chest thing in that movie. This way Harry can always have Draco near, the life debt should be satisfied by that --the wanker, and Draco won't have to bare the everlasting ache of such a great and beautiful unrequited love, being firmly unwanted. It's too much. Draco could just move on indifferent (but alive of course--magic miracles and all)and "move on". Sounds like a plan. Ee-gads, I'm being maudlin and morbid. Don't mind me. It's the rainy weather.

And not that I need to comment on it, but...is James feeling bereft of his father, Harry, and is just taking it out on his father-look alike - brother, Albus. But Albus is soooooooo cute even with soppy cerel and milk dripping down his face.

I loved this chapter as I do the entire fic. A fine masterpeice. It is fun watching art in action so very much alive.

Ah, the snowy owl! I hope Draco does get Harry one.

Yes, Harry is a sucker for Ginny's tears. I agree. I don't think that will change until he really know what he wants and has made a real decision either way. Ah, well everyone has their weak spots. I wonder what Draco's is concerning Harry.

Draco is brillinat. All that touching and closeness. Oh, if Harry would take Draco up on the offer for protection. What old man condition does Ginny think Harry has again? Can't control his arousal -condiiton? Well, the poor fella was easily aroused in this chapter which was very entertaining but they were all for Draco. Will we see a test of other guys to appease the Doctor's mind?

I look forward to Harry making the first move. It would say so much more when it came from him. And this surprsied me:

Ooooh, more war and conflicts! The Salazar's Snakes circle sounds creepy D:.. I feel sorry for Harry, having to face one war after another, and not only that, apparently he's the main subject too. Well no surprises there, good thing is that now he has a Malfoy on his side. Lol. I wonder what the Salazar's Snakes will do next, and when they will choose to strike. I really can imagine how much a mess Harry's life will be in the future, with sooo many things to deal with, the upcoming war, the ever multiplying life-debts, wife issue, his family and friends, sexual frustrations and all XD.. don't worry Harry! Draco won't go anywhere, he'll stay right next to you XD Awesome chapter! Can't wait for more
