I would just prefer it if they just let Ginny die, harsh I know but if she dies than Harry and Draco can be together. Ugh, I can't stand her.

Oh. My. God. This was one of the best Harry Potter fics I have ever read! It was absolutely amazing!!!! Your Draco and Harry were perfect, and the story was well developed and thought out. I am very impressed. I read this whole thing in less than a week (ignoring my calc in the process) but I could not put my laptop away! (I only stopped to go to classes, eat, sleep and do the homework that college demands be handed in).

I'm not sure I can express how much I love this! It made me want to squee with joy the whole time! I love Draco, he's so the best, and this definitely did his character justice.

Again, it was amazing, thanks so much for writing this and sharing it!!!

CH 23. I love the emotional development that has taken place within this story.

Forgive me for saying however, that something major seems to be being overlooked. When you have a majorly closed society (such as the "Wizarding World" or for example Ashkenazi Jews) that only breed with each other (purebloods)even if they keep the direct consanguination to a minimum, there is going to be increased negative genetic reinforcement. In the case of the Ashkenazi, there is a recessive gene which causes an enzyme problem known as Tay-Sachs disease... always fatal. So as I read this, I keep thinking that the "Weasley Curse" is actually that there is a genetic recessive that either shows up as stillbirths or as cancer later in life. Has no one thought to take her for a Muggle analysis? (Sorry, just my two cents worth...)

That was wonderful. You definitely had me guessing and pleasantly unprepared for the next moments. I had guessed you would keep Ginny alive or something and I was shocked at the irony of Draco finding the cure mere moment before Ginny died, and then arrived too late. But I suppose this way it is condusive to healing and bringing everyone together. I'm glad Ron's anger stemmed from more than just old prejudice even if it was mishandled. I still love the first chapters best, especially when Al takes Scorpius' hand. The whole idea of a Pureblood curse was interesting. As well as the cure to break down the "fundamental properties of blood". I suppose I should have guess a Professor Sinistra would turn out ... excuse the pun, sinister, but this last bit really spun me about. It is too bad that Luna didn't receive any credit for the cure, but I absolutely loved her role here. The portraits were equally amusing, with Snapes and Fred. Wonderful job.

    Dear Daft Fear,
I must say thank you for you have given me inspiration to be a better writer and to listen to Damien Rice. He is now one of my favourite singers.
I have read your story three times fully and parts of it when I needed to. I must say in all honestly this is the best peice of fanfiction I have ever read and I am one of those obsessed people whop spend every free hour either reading or writing fanfiction, so I have read a lot. Your story gets me every time. This is the one story I can always count on when I just need a good peice of literature. So thank you from the very very bottom of my heart.
You should also be happy to note that, if you didn't already know, your story without double spacing in 12 Times New Roman font is 369 pages long. And I am going to print it out and read it everywhere. I hope you don't mind.

    Love,
    Laura

I've been waiting for months to see how this would end (my computer went to Hades) and I am definitely happy about the outcome. Everyone gets a happy ending, like in all the fairy tales. It's been so much fun reading this and while I'm kind of sad that it's over, I still have your other stories to look forward to.

First, let me say it takes a WELL-written story to even get me to consider taking to log in to review ever since the freakin' change a while back...and I've only done a scarce few times.

Don't get me wrong I've read good ones but the intense, intriguing ones get me to 'stand' and take notice.

Second, I've kinda avoided the new stories that take place after the Deathly Hollows had been published, because of the simple fact...I DON'T want to read about how Harry married Ginny, for the simple reason that, TO ME, it was SO cliched for JKR to do that. I would rather have had Harry die in the last book killing Voldemort to avoid such predictability.

Third, this the first time I've read a story with an older Harry & Draco that had an ACTUAL mature tone to it. I ACTUALLY believed that Harry & Draco were in their late 30's with responsiblities & children, I think I have their ages somewhat right.

The moment you started writing Draco's situation, you made me believe that I reading about an OLDER man, not a teenager in an older man's body, which makes me suspect that SOME of our authors are younger than usual....talented but younger. *looks slyly*

Even though, yes I know we got some college students who have a gift for writing. :-)

Forth & finally, not to say I HAVEN'T read stories with a mature tone, BUT they were mostly angst-driven, an adrenalin rush I try to avoid now, because there are TOO many stories here that are that. Give me a funny story ANY day! :-)

Before you think it, I felt your story was more about...choices & following your heart's desire while dealing with the drama that surround said choices and trying to be responsible for those who look to you AND hopefully, they will understand WHY it is you've done what is you've done.

    Did you understand that?

Anyway, I'm just glad you didn't dwell on Ron that much.

    That's it....Peace out!
