What a time to call out the wrong name! Well, this is wild. And now she's broken Lucius' nose; I'd say it couldn't get much worse for Narcissa but I bet it can.

I have never read a story where Voldemort is into toe-sucking - very original! And I guess he doesn't use lubricant - ouch!

I was interested by the pleasure he got from handling Narcissa's silk robe - he obviously has a sensual side; I wonder how much we'll see of it through the cruelty and domination? I liked your description of his body, so unearthly-looking but powerful. And of course, he'd have to be well-endowed - he is the heir of Slytherin! Lol.

I love this chapter; a wonderful build-up of tension and I think you get into Narcissa's head really convincingly. I like the spirit in the washbowl and the appearance of the Banshee. And now she's had a scare over Lucius and thinks Voldemort is going to kill her - wouldn't put me in the mood for sex, must admit!

I guess we're ready for the evil ravishment of Narcissa now then!

Oh no, that's torn it! Lucius is going to be fast asleep and Narcissa won't get her unintentional deliverance. Nice little scene between Bellatrix and Draco; I liked the way she persuaded him to do what she wanted. Her jealousy and spite are very convincingly drawn.

OMG, you are making me dread the Voldemort/Narcissa scene! I'm scared!

Ewwwwww, a hot-dog foot! LOL, where do you get these ideas? I'd just eaten my breakfast, but so far it's staying down - thanks for the warning though!

Lucius is a very unhappy man now, lashing out at everything and everyone that gets in his way as a rage displacement activity. I shouldn't probably feel sorry for him, but I do in a way. I can feel climactic events approaching...

Ouch, poor Desiree; she needs to start one of those family divorce lawsuits.

Nicely depraved scene with the Veela; I was interested that you described them as almost emaciated and fleshless - is that because they've been starved, or is it the natural Veela look, do you think?

Narcissa must be worried now! Bellatrix is pretty funny in this, in a mad sort of way.

this is a great story so far the only problem i have is that the chapters are too short. It seems that the moment i start getting into the story i have to load the next part. To tell the truth it's getting quite annoying.but great story anyway.

That was so intense! I was drawn in to the abandoned dervish-dance completely and you depicted the reaction of the crowd so well; it's like being there with them. Pretty difficult for Lucius and Draco to take, though Draco did keep almost being lured in by the Veela.

I should think Narcissa must be quite nervous by now. I'm nervous for her!

I'm no Latin scholar either, but your chant did put me in mind of the 'Dies Irae', which I know from singing in church choirs. 'That Day shall be a dreadful day of wrath' or whatever it means. Musically, I was imagining it being a bit like Carmina Burana. Awesome (in the original sense of the word) procession scene; I do like the way the Death Eaters and Voldemort have appropriated all these quasi-religious ceremonies and rituals. Again, this makes me long for a film version. My heart was bleeding for Snape though, knowing that this will be the death of him.

Small point of information: Avebury is about 20 miles north of Stonehenge and predates it.

I wonder what Voldemort's next ceremonial move will be?
