This was another good chapter, and it was filled with heartache all around; although, I am pleased Hermione was sent to Harry and Ron. She doesn't need to be alone. I do feel sorrow for Hermione, Draco, and Ron though.

I still think that Hermione believes that Draco used her despite Harry's reassurances to the contrary. How perceptive of Harry as well as decent of him; since, he detests Draco he could have kept mum about his observations of Draco watching Hermione. Also, Hermione doesn't want to hurt Ron, but since she isn't in love with him, it seems unavoidable. I'm glad that Ron didn't run away.

And then, Draco is stuck sacrificing his love for her to serve the higher purpose of defeating Voldy and his Death Eater minions. I LOVE Draco's "...one hair on her head is harmed...all bets are off" as well as his "...again and again...for as long as we both shall live". The former was sweet and heroic. The latter was sexy. Snape's snarky attitude brought some dark humor into this chapter too.

All in all, this was a wonderful read. I'll be watching for the next chapter. Nice work, ReiRei.

Oh, this one is extra angsty...you got me feeling all bad for everyone, Hermione, Draco, and Ron. Poor things. I hope Ron can find some peace and I hope Draco gets his shall death do them part. I just love how you weave your stories in with canon events, it's not easy to do...looking forward to seeing if Draco can stand staying away from her and pretending like he isn't in love.

This was a greaat chapter. I am glad that Hermione is with Ron and Harry. I hope that she can help them in their search for the horocruxes. I think Draco should go against Snape though and find a way to tell Hermione the truth about everything. I can't wait to read more.

Oh this gonna end badly isn't it? Poor Draco....he finally wears his heart on his sleeve and gets it stomped on..I guess what comes around goes around tho'. I wish Blaise was a real person, he cracks me the hell up in your stories. i like your millicent too, she was never fleshed out in the books but usually fan fiction makes her really unattractive all around. I feel bad for Ron too in this...there's so much heart ache in this one, will Hermione be OK?

First of all - I don't believe Snape or Millie would say the word Voldemort.

Other than that, cute story so far.

This was a great chapter. I would like to see Hermione safe back with her two best friends, but I can't believe that Millicent would be that nice to her. I can't wait to read more to see exactly where Hermione was sent. I hope Draco can find her and save her if she was sent somewhere bad. I would also like to see more of Millicent and Severus. I think it's great that she is getting a little action.

This was a nice plot-building chapter. I like seeing how Snape and Millicent continue to plot behind Voldy's and the rest of Slytherin house's back.

The revelations about Draco being present at (and perhaps participating in) Hermione's parents' deaths were not terribly surprising. I kind of figured that Draco was hiding something from her. I had also guessed that Draco's assignment from Voldy was to make Hermione fall in love with him, but (also as I suspected)it backfired because he really did fall in love with her (heehee). My favorite moment in this chapter was when Draco kept saying hateful things to Hermione to get her to leave him and return to Harry and Ron. And if Hermione falls for that load of manure that Draco fed her, she isn't as smart as I think she is.

It was nice to see Blaise end up with egg on his face when he tried to capture Hermione and tattle about Draco's possible defection to the light side.

The exchange between Snape and Dumbledore's portrait was amusing, and I love both Ron's letter and the bracelet he gave Hermione. I knew Ron and Harry hadn't deserted her. They just have their hands full trying to dodge Voldy's Deatheaters. Ron offering to punch Draco's "pointy face" was cute (heehee).

I look forward to the next chapter.

I like the introduction of Millicent as Snape's cohort, but I have lukewarm feelings about the two being lovers. I just can't enjoy the professors playing around with the students; however, in spite of my own bias, I really do like how you've chosen to flesh out Millicent's character. I also like that you've kept some of the canon physical traits while incorporating an original personality for her. Nice job!!!

Also, you've got my curiosity peaked. There has to be an underlying reason for Hermione to have been re-sorted into Slytherin besides Voldy wanting her on his side to lure Harry out into the open. And, I don't think she was put into Slytherin to turn Draco to the light side; although, I suspect that will be a side benefit.

    Another wonderful chapter, ReiRei.
