Truly, the ideal way to ring in the new year. Fantastic new chapter, my favorite yet. Please, please, please write another Remus story sometime in the near future and I'll love you forever.

Yum yum. Buy me one of those Mummy. I love forceful, dominating, authorative men........but I'd never marry one. I married a 6'5" teddy bear instead. There is something about Sev though.......must be his Lancashire or Yorkshire heritage. These men like Rickman do not suffer fools gladly. And they really can be sooooooo funny and witty which is incredibly sexy. Sorry you were at home on Hogmanay on your tod love......but Dogma is as good a way to spend it as any other. And as I keep reminding my husband (lovely as he is) it just goes to prove that Rickman really DOES walk on water. Wishing you and yours a healthy and safe New Year. Best wishes, Love Ali xxxxx.

I keep forgetting you have an Army-other-half; I can't imagine what you go through while he's away, not to mention that it was over Christmas - and that you have little ones too who'd miss their Daddy! I don't know how you do it, you must be such a strong person to cope! My fience and I struggle with being at two universities that are an hour and a half away, I don't think I could cope if he was in another country!

If I were Lucius or Draco, I'd be planning to emigrate! I know your Snape is incredibly possessive - but his reaction to Hermione and Draco just cuddling was a bit extreme! Though, I do wonder if the situation would be different if Draco was female or gay, and thus not a threat to his masculinity... and my inner psychologist is having a field day with this!

Lucius was rather bold, and he has probably ruffled enough of society's feathers to keep him happy until the next new year! Draco is definitely a chip of the old block! Though, you have to admit, they weren't acting for themselves - they did everything for her because they love her as a dear friend, and probably family. If Draco had ever ended up with Hermione; I don't think Lucius would have objected, and perhaps he may have hoped his son would settle down with her?

Though, if Hermione won't work for friends, will she stop working at Hogwarts? And thus she'd be out of employment and would end up back at Lucius's feet being petted like a dog... perhaps Lucius is in this slightly for himself after all!

I have to admit that this is the first ever Snape/Hermione story I have ever read. I confess that I have read your Remus/Hermione story "It Happened One Night" and simply fell in love with it, but never took the time to review so I'm making up for it with this.

You are an absolutely wonderful writer. You have the ability to take characters that I normally wouldn't read because I just couldn't picture them in my head like that. But...after reading your other stories (i.e. the ones starring Lucius and Hermione), you got me hooked. (Again - I'm guilty of not leaving reviews for your other stories as well).

Anyway, I digress. You have the ability to take characters (Snape and Lucius, in my case, though I admit to being in love with Remus...*giggles like a teenager*) and have me captivated by the way you write and describe them. I realize that they're OOC, but I think that's the main reason why I fall in love with your stories and that you don't stick to canon. To be honest, I think I prefer to read fanfiction that way where they're a bit out of character (but not so much so that it makes me want to reach into my laptop and strangle the author...in those cases, I just roll my eyes and just say 'ugh'.)

Keep up the great work. Like I said, you're awesome. It's really hard to believe that you're a mom of three kids and have time to write. I'm a stay at home mom myself with only one kid, but I'm pulling my hair out as it is. You truly are a goddess. You're superMOM!

I just had a rather depressing thought: I didn't get a New Years kiss; though I spent midnight (and the twenty minutes after) hiding in my other half's arms (inside the house) as the fireworks went off. I' really scared of fireworks and it spoils every new year for me.

Oh, to be in Hermione's shoes... carried off into the night by my baby, and not battering an eye lid about the fireworks going off around me.

Oh my, but the Malfoy men are gorgeous ... but the dark mysterious Severus is the only one I'd want. I think Sev is going to have to work harder at mastering Temptation!

That was great! I loved him showing up as he did and the Malfoys playing with his jealous nature. The way you did it was perfect, as you avoided the cliche it could have easily have become. Oh yeah, thanks for the shout out. Keep up the excellent work and update when you can.
