Ooh, great chapter - I love any of the ones where they have to "perform" and this was especially sweet somehow. The games that Harry plays in his head, and the great details you give about their attitudes and the way they think . . . really great. Keep it up!

You're back! How long has Harry been prisioner? There is definitely something deeper developing between Harry and Snape yet Harry clings to his relationship with Ginny. Understadably he needs to have something to look forward to but I wonder is Ginny is also clinging to his memory and if she was, how will having Harry displayed as a broken slave affect any lingering feeling she may have for him. This next few chapters promise to be very interesting and I feel that fear/excitement feeling one gets when watching a pivotal scene in a movie, I guess is time for me to cover my face and look between my fingers. Don't keep me in suspense too long.

OK, so yes, a tiny bit shorter than usual, but still, you're right that it's pivitol in showing the growing tenderness and emotion between Snape and Harry... Excellently written (as per usual!) chapter, I absolutely adore this fic; it's nice to read one where one of the characters isn't already in love with the other, and where there's a slow development of emotions and trust between the two. I *really* enjoyed this chapter in particular and can't wait for the next update. ^_^

As always I am loving the story and the stories within the story.

I am hoping that Harry is starting to understand Snape a little more and will soon become more trusting and form a real partnership as opposed to almost always thinking of himself first. He has to destroy Voldemort and he needs Snape to do that, he also needs to grow up to do that. I think Snape really cares about him and that Harry doth protest too much. They will make a formidable team when and if they finally start trusting and opening up to each other. I am looking forward to the change in their relationship especially because you do this all so well! I have loved every chapter and look forward to every one coming!!!!!!! :-)

    Thanks for sharing!

It took me three or so days to read all 35 chapters and I can tell you that it was time well spent. :D This may be the part where I confess my undying love for you. LOL. Alright, down to business. Your fic is excellent. The plot is so...fleshy. Once I began reading, I couldn't stop! I can imagine how much effort and time you've put into creating this masterpiece; I commend you on your work. I seem to NEVER finish the fics I start. They seem to reach a high point and just fizzle out. Wow, I still can't believe it. 35 chapters. *hugs* Anyway, I want to know if I can borrow Snape and have him bring me some of that delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Reading your descriptions of the food made me hungry. ;) What I like best is the fact that I don't know what you are going to do next. The characterization of Snape is GREAT. I love him so much; he is very deep. I also love how you have incorporated lit. into your fic. Can't wait until the next chapter; I do hope you plan to finish this. God, I could go on forever. Happy writing. :D

Wow...just wow...god that must be terrible
My heart was beating so fast, that was amazing and terrifying (and depressing) at the same time.
Harry is amazingly stubborn isn't he
I'm pretty sure this is my favorite Snarry fic...even though I usually go for smut and fluff
Keep up the good work and please update soon XD plzkthx

Aw, this is so sad, I'm holding out hope that this is some kind of cruel trick the deatheaters are playing and that Hermione isn't really dead. Can't wait to read more!

    Chapter 30

One of the characteristics that fascinate me is
the pure intelligence you've been able to imbue into
Severus. It makes him sooooo hot in my book!!!

(I am on the level of your Harry!!!! Stupid!!!! HA!!!!)

Like how you've merged the destruction of the cup in and the
    further search for more Horcruxes!

Maybe SS ought to leave a few bananas around for HP to practice on!!
Like that these two are so productive when their getting along!!!

    Thanks,
    R

Oh. Mah. Gawd. You are evil! I can't even take it. That had better be some kind of polyjuice switcheroo, or I will just....eh, who am I kidding? At this point, as long as you keep writing I'll keep reading. Fantastic job on Harry and Snape. I think that your descriptions of Harry dealing with desire toward someone who gave him pleasure but someone who wouldn't have otherwise been a source of attraction are fantastic.

But seriously. You can twist the knife girl. Hurts so good!!!!

    *tearful stare* You killed Hermione!

    ...

Although, I'd say you did it very well.

You are a wonderful writer, and this is a beautiful story. I know that might sound strange, but I can see how much Snape cares for Harry, even if Harry himself is too...biased to realize.
