I really like how their relationship is progressing.. HOT oh yes.. Against the wall.. Well I wouldn't mind at all! And they are so "cute" together. I don't know if I should call the senior Malfoy Cute *lol* It just makes me grin like a crazy person when I read the bantering between them *lol*

And he's getting a familiar. That is nice. And he's writing much more now. Don't know if that's good or bad. Since he'll go off the drugs when he's finished. I hope he's changed his mind about that now. Since he's got someone now..

    Great chapter!!!

    And it's Ithilwen. With a Capital "I" not "L" :)

For two intelligent people, they certainly have a lousy way with words around each other. Does Hermione really need a definition of their circumstances/relationship? Can Lucius ever move on from his horror-riddled past long enough to love Hermone? Damn it! The angst...the not knowing...the uncertainty...You are very adept at the build up aspect of your incredible story.

I rather enjoyed the lemons. There's nothing better that hot, angry Lucius sex to drive you into a peaceful slumber. Hermione's awakening after naptime, her silence during dinner, and the ease of her acquiescence in the bath leads me to believe that she is seriously over thinking the situation she finds herself in with Lucius. I know it's in her nature to be over-analytical, but she's gotta draw a line somewhere. She should take a page from Lucius' proverbial book and not worry about defining where they are headed. All of that will come in time. She knows what the runes on her body mean, therefore she must know that Lucius has in a round-about way defined them. Why can't that be enough for her for now? Sometimes I just want to smack some sense into the thick-headed girl! And Lucius while I'm at it, the unforgiving clod (in reference to himself!)

    Thanks for the great update!

Given his history with those Ginger Weasleys, I'd say.....Arthur. ;) Thanks so much for the update, and glad things have worked out, power supply-wise. :D

Wow. I needed a cigarette after all that. I really don't know what to say. You have left me speechless. Simply speechless.
    Yay! Another geek!
Working overnight isn't really all that bad. I prefer nights because not only am I a night owl but I get off work no later than 10am so I have the day to spend with my son. My husband works days, and our son is too young for school quite yet, so me working nights guarantees someone will be home with him at all times. I like the quiet of working nights as well. I can work at my own pace, and have free time to read. With a four year old in the house, I don't get that much at home. LOL
I can't wait to see what the kitten will be named. I picked a name and will be submitting it to the contest tonight.
I will be eagerly awaiting the next chapter. This story is getting more and more intense as it goes along. I can't wait to see what happens next!

I probably say this with every review, but I absolutely love your Lucius! The way he talks, his humor, his vulnerabiility, his hotness. LOL! He can come and punish me anytime he wants.

I hope Hermione gets over this crap soon. Now that she's had a taste of the "blank parchment" feeling I hope she can do it more often. She's being terribly unfair to Lucius the way she keeps shifting her emotions. I can understand it, but if she's going to do this then she needs to do it. Period. Of course all of the doubts are going to resurface when they have to go back to their normal lives again. Damn it.

I actually had forgotten about Ron in this story. *heehee* I'm interested to see how that plays out.

I think the kitten should be named Desire. I can't really think of anything so there is a stupid name for you. Great chapter!! I really liked that one.

Wow another lovely chappie with a HOT quickie in the middle! I can't wait for the next chappie to see what happens next when Hermione goes to Kucius about the runes and what the kitty's name is going to be. I have an idea for a one shot with an obscure pairing no one seems to write about!

    Well done!

I vote for Faustus. He was the oldest (surviving to adulthood) son of Lucius Cornelius Sulla, a Roman dictator. It sounds like a cat type of name to me and continues the Roman name theme.

Chapter 17: Yay, another chapter already! Especially in the Harry Potter fanficdom, my guess would be that it

Excellent, excellent story. Each chapter makes me feel an array of emotions. Sometimes I cry, sometimes i'm angry, and the ones with the lemons make me aroused! And many times I'm feeling different emotions in just one chapter. I absolutely love this story and wait with anticipation for every chapter. I worry about Hermione though. If I was in her position I could find myself falling in love with Lucius. It sounds like even if she doesn't fall in love with him, losing Lucius is going to be difficult for her. I know it will be for me!!! I'm looking forward to reading the next chapter and seeing if she pays Lucius in kind with runes of her own. Keep up the excellent work!!
