Chapter 2: Voila! The reason men don't get pregnant. Listening to Lucius, one sees immediately that the human race would have died out long ago if we were made like seahorses. Hermione must have been gigantic, if the babies were huge. She isn't all that big.

Oooh, I would have liked to read about Lucius in labor. I like that he's such a powerful wizard he's one of the few males who could carry an implanted fetus. It's probably his well-developed ego that allows him to share another magical being with his body. Apparently females have no trouble. Heh, heh. But I am relieved there is no spell to allow him to breastfeed. Not a visual I would want to entertain.

You analyzed ahead and fixed it so that neither parent knew which child came from where - plus the obliviation of the healers. Nicely sewn up (a little pun...)

All the names are really cute. I think we are all relieved that you chose Aramis instead of Porthos. Somehow the other reference isn't quite as delightful. LOL

That's a neat web site for names. I've been playing around on it.

Short, sweet plot bunny and very enjoyable to read. Thanks!!

I use the HP Lexicon - I have it on my toolbar:

It has all spellings for spells and potions, and all kinds of other info about the Potterverse. I need it all the time.

    *point whore*

Hippocampus, that's the part of the brain that deals with processing memory... I remember that from my bio texts.

My first thought was that he wanted her to forget the pregnancy - but that made no sense to me. I admit it, I googled the definition of the term Hippocampus after maybe 30 seconds of brooding. Amongst the many definitions, I saw 'sea horse' mentioned a few times, and I remember specific references from class as to how the male carry the young...

So let me guess... Lucius has just implanted a baby bump?

    *time for bed*

Excellent start. I think she just made him pregnant. If she did it will make it easier for them to grow bigger. I can't wait to read more.

oh my, this is certainly an interesting twist. how many babies did she put in lucius belly? at least thats what i am guessing she did. It would certainly be humorous if she did. looking forward to the next chapter...

She put one of the babies in Lucius' stomach so she could carry closer to term and the babies wouldn't be so small. At least that's my guess. Poor Lucius.

LOL ... I'd say that she just had one or more of the babies transferred to dear Lucius to help carry. That way they'd be able to carry them all longer and hopefully be bigger.

Chapter 1: Hippocampus is the genus for the Seahorse and we all know how they gestate their young. Poor Lucius. How funny! But to ruin that sexy narrow waist. Criminal, I say.
