Nusante is so frustrating, but I think his reaction is part of the reason I tend to enjoy your writing very much. You write flaws extremely well, rather than portraying *any* character as an idealistic symbol, which is how Nusante views Harry. That contrast is really beautiful and enhances your writing so much.

Also, I loved the moment when Draco saw Harry. The idea of dressing for weakness as Harry is so apparent through this story, for those moments when he must be himself, but the shift in his mentality and Draco's way of voicing his thoughts was perfect :)

I figured that was the case with the way the plot transitioned into the bigger plot. Can't wait to see Lucius's reaction to Harry's statement. I'm glad he's finding himself again.

Woot! Old School Harry! How I have missed you. Where did you go? Why did you forsake us. Oh well, the point is that now, you're
reemerging, and many things are going to be shinier in your presence. What makes me most happy though, is the fun and awesome image of Draco
Malfoy dancing his black little heart out all alone in the middle of the dance floor. It delights me in a very secret, happy little way.
Oh Draco, you social butterfly you. Unfortunate side note, I still find Nusante an asshole, but maybe I just am a hard judge. He's got sense,
but he also has a slightly misplaced sense of self-righteousness...
Send him to me for therapy...we'll work on it...
    Anywhoo...
    Thank you,
    Lunatic with a Hero Complex

I am just in total and complete love with this story. I just got to read several updates all at once, and that was absolute heaven. Your character studies make most of what is being written right now seem like juvenile fumblings at best, yours is a rate talent, thank you for sharing it with us.

Must say, that I had seen this story a couple of times, but had chosen not to read it, because the summary did not catch my attention. Obviously I have now read the whole story, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I am looking forward to the next installment.
I like your version of a tortured Harry. I find him very believable. Your Draco is the man I always new he could be :P

    about #34...

As I read this, I can't help BUT wonder if you had ever been in this situation
OR just know someone who has been in this situation where they had to defend
themselves when it came to their preferences.

Because you wrote this well enough to make a curious person think. Have you
    been to a rally?

Also, I like the 'Awakening of Harry Potter', I say it's about time.

Exciting chapter! Can't wait to see Harry handle his friends and throw this party!

I have one critique: While I understand that PDA is a new novelty for Draco and Harry, I don't really see them randomly interupting conversations to makeout. It's classy to hold hands, keep some form of body contact etc, but I would think that Draco would not be the type to interupt conversations to french his lover (rather rude and tacky). Or is he trying to see how a stranger will respond?

yep, exactly, not much action but the underlying tension.. what really irked me was Nusantes letter.. one should have him sat straight (not pun intended) with Draco's thoughts from the previous one!! Don't complain to someone not having solved THEIR problems long ago. (As if Harry hasn't given enough ensuring Nu and his buddies a future they can actually HAVE these problems in...) But I was very impressed by Harrys reply.. got a kind of literary finality to it that makes it an important moment!!
    Well, on and at 'em!

I love this Harry. but what's more, I love Harry noticing this newer, more complete version of Harry. It's so appropriate that he doesn't necessarily recognize his actions as his own, but he understands the level his relationship with Draco needs to reach to succeed. And I feel like he's slowly beginning to understand that he actually does draw characteristics through personalities, but those ultimately always come from him.

Great chapter :) I can't wait to see how staging a public event will turn out!

This story was/is so good that I spent an entire night reading the whole thing. I really like the concept that the story started off with as well the path the plot has taken. Can't wait for the next chapter.
