these recent chapters have been so awesome. how many chapters are you anticipating the story to be, now that youre quite far into the story? also, when harry tries going out with men, hes true to himself, and doesnt use personas? because its so hard being harry, he hasnt gone out with that many men, as himself? when he has used other personas for his personal use, was he able to form solid friendships? (not as strong as his bond with hermione and ron, but close nonetheless). cant wait for your next update :)

Soo need chapter 9! That man actually threw a stone? A stone?! I soo agree with Brian. The fact that the child had to see her father commit such an act was worse then anything they could have done! Sooo need more!

Ohhhhh, god this is easily one of THE hottest fics I've read!!! Seriously, that kiss from Ch 4...TOTALLY SMOKIN!!!! Pictured it...yeah, it worked...and the sex...talk about being melted into a puddle!!! WOOOOOOOOO

I can't wait until Draco finds out it's Harry...but I know that's not till the end, and until then, I'm really enjoying the masks and personas Harry has created, and I'm really interested in the little differences between Brian and Harry...and how Brian might do one thing that Harry wouldn't do and which is better for Draco...

(and when I say "better for Draco", I don't mean "who he hired Harry to be"...I mean better for his heart in the long run (*cough* Harry *cough* ) even though Draco may not realize it yet...THAT's going to be a fun climax!)

Love ya! (and this story!) Can't wait!

What a fun chapter. I just like the thought of Draco and 'Brian' browsing for jewelry. Casually talking about everyday business while they examine fine gemstones. Its just such a colorful scene. I think that Harry just doesn't realize the fact that so many of these characters are centered around one basic trait of his real personality. One single trait, either dormant or dominant split off, and developed, and given a life story and a wardrobe. It may be why its so easy for him to slip in and out of character most times. Can't wait for this update,
    Thank you,

YEAH!! I'm Draco Malfoy, BITCH! lol. Loved that. I also liked that Harry became himself in that moment and stood up to a bigoted bully despite the fact that it was displeasing to Draco. I can't believe that dude had the nerve to throw an actual stone at Draco. He's so lucky Draco wasn't out to make a point. I love their flirting, it's so tense and sexy, you wish you could see this on film. It would be so hot. I'm a bit worried for Harry though, Draco's noticing his scar, wondering about his background, starting to pick up on little clues like him not knowing about a business that's widely known. He's gonna find out and it's gonna be so bad.lol. I almost wish that Hermione and/or Ron would find out first and sit down and talk some sense into Harry about telling Draco, maybe it would make the charade easier for both of them. Then again, I'm not sure if Draco could continue to do the charade if he found out it was Harry, it would be interesting to see if could stay focused the way he's trying to be with Brian. And I'm happy to see that Harry is having fun, he deserves a little fun, and I'm secretly hoping he just let's go in that fun and comes out. It's so ironic, you're writing a story on homophobia and the strategies people use to appease the bigots in their life, and the one person who can't seem to come out of the closet isn't hiding his sexuality, but himself. Great update as usual, and Happy Easter if you celebrate it, if not, Happy Sunday : )

I read somewhere that any good cover becomes very real. And that the best covers are those closest to reality. This is so rich in characterizations, and the sensuality is blistering.

I can already see that Harry is too deep into his character Brian... not good.

Wow, you have to really feel sorry for Harry...you really captured what kind of existence someone in his situation would face once the big event was over but the hype and legend lived on...especially for such a young boy who hasn't really had an opportunity to come into his own as a person. It saddened me a bit. I hope Harry stops running away from himself, but I can only see it getting worse before it gets better because he has to keep running away from himself to avoid falling for Draco. I'm glad Draco isn't totally swept up, maybe he'll even figure it out, but boy is he gonna be pissed if he does!lol. not looking forward to that scene. I like the mental games they play with each other. I would personally find it exhausting to always have to be on my toes around someone like that, but it seems to come to both of them naturally, at least right now. I like how Harry put Draco in his place about meeting his friends. This Brian character is so damn sexy to me, and I think Harry thinks so too, which makes me wonder when the time comes to pull down the mask if Harry will feel inadequate to the persona of Brian. I'm starting to get confused about what parts are Brian and what parts are Harry myself, so I know Draco would if he found out. And damn Lucius, I hope he sees the light soon..but this is probably just phase I in his game plan to stay the course with plans for his son. At least Narcissa seems a bit more open, hopefully she will become a ally for Draco. And you get extra kudos for this line...."Where did the shadow go when the light that had cast it was gone?" That's some deep sh*t right there : ) Did you make it up yourself? Doesn't matter, it sums up this chapter perfectly.

It is indeed a wonderful and grand world that Harry has constructed in the imaginary countries at the back of his closet. Yet it is equally saddening and completely un-grand how little he thinks of the human that is the basis of all of this creation. I wish for Harry, a place in which he may be all of these people and more, but play them and love them with his own face. Each person he is, is still him, but a concentrated part of him. A part that resents lacking knowledge of magic before he was eleven, a part that simply wants to drink in solitude and peace, and part that wants to do whatever the fuck he wants, with whoever the fuck he wants. When he realizes that all of these parts and traits 'are' Harry Potter, I think that he may find a little more peace. Unfortunately, he always has to deal with the press, and I hear that the press can be a reallllll self-realization inhibitor.
