Tickled. Touched. Chilled. Entranced. I read the whole thing from start to finish with only bathroom and water breaks, in the middle of the night, when I had to work at nine am. I am a very big fan of this pairing, and it is rarely done so well, especially on this scale. I was enthralled. It seemed like something that seriously could have happened in the HP canon universe, but went unmentioned or got glossed over to protect the readers. I wish I had the kind of skill and creativity to make something anywhere near this good.
When I started I wasn't sure about it. I am not a big fan of the "travel back in time and fix Voldemort" idea. I always thought that he was just too evil from the get go to be dramatically changed by a brief visit from our heroine. I have always thought that for something like that to work, they would have to change history entirely by adopting him as a baby and training his natural evil impulses into constructive lanes. You see way too many gushy Voldemorts way too quickly out there, and we are to believe it is all because of just a couple of days, weeks, or months in contact with a woman he is exceedingly prejudiced against? It is so tricky to keep him his naturally evil self, but let circumstances give any latent feelings a chance of rising, especially in this pairing. The form this particular Voldemort took was breathtaking. I think I did drool a little. A trip to his bed would undoubtedly kill me, but I would probably enjoy it. If I was worthy.
I was so glad to see someone include real consequences of time hopping as so many of these fics are prone to ignore. The ending only makes sense. We are after all, talking about Voldemort! There is no one more sneaky and evil! It makes me wonder what would happen next, not sure if I want to know, but fatally curious, and that is the mark of great storytelling. Well Done!

I read this story on FF.net a few months back, and i loved it then (thought tbh i wanted to absolutely MURDER you for the ending. And not the fun, easy type of murder. Like the slowly rip your head from your body type of murder :P) because whilst it was perhaps more realistic in that story for Tom/Hermione to go their different ways, it still sucked. Big time. And seriously? Hermione/Krum? that made me cringe. YOU may prefer the story on FF.net, but i certainly didn't.

Aside from the ending, i really enjoyed the one of FF.net, though not nearly as much as i enjoyed this one. I mean, really. But the whole threesome thing? That should be in dictionary under confusing, with a side note saying also see weird. I mean. not that it wasn't great ('cause, it was) , but the concept is just..... really, really strange. When i first saw the whole M/M/F thing i was like "really? with who?" and then i got like a quarter into the chapter and was like "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MY GOD."

But seriously, like the whole way through the epilogue i was going "no, no, no, i don't want to read this again." Imagine my surprise when it turned out the way it did? I kinda jumped up and down and went "YES!" And about the whole Tom still being an evil bastard? I would have been disappointed if he wasn't. I mean really, what's a bad boy when there's no bad? The whole dangerous/evil thing is why i... i would say like, but that doesn't really seem appropriate. LV isn't exactly the type of character you go around saying you 'like'. It doesn't seem like enough, does it? But yeah you get the point. Anyways, are you planning on doing a sequel like the one on ff.net (*cough*the one you haven't done anything on in forever on ff.net *cough*)? I suppose it'll probably be better on FF.net 'cause here if TR/HG make it will be like "well... yeah..." and there it will be controversial and exciting. Personally i still don't think she trusts him not to be doing what he's doing here, because she knows him too well, so there is a bit of.... y'know, TMR/HJG development, but not as much.

Not that i mind about the whole MoM part 2 thingy, 'cause tbh i would rather you just continued with the Apprentice, and there is only so much one can expect from one person at a time, and yet............

Well, anyway, great story. I'm looking forewaord to the next chapter of the Apprentice.

This story was nothing short of brilliant!!!! I stayed up all night reading this, because not only was it spell binding, but it also offered another alternative to how Tom Riddle could be if he felt love, but at the same time not shedding his Slytherin qualities. Hence the reason why Hermione will probably never marry him, due to that fact. Her mother didn't raise no fool.

Son. Of. A. Bitch.

Four days. Four days were sacrificed to this fic! Four days of staying up far to late, doing far too little homework, and waking up far to early!

I found this fic a while back, but was currently reading a lot of Hermione/Snape, so I fell away from it. But when it suddenly popped back to the top of the list of Hermione/Voldemort - with a large COMPLETED in the summary...!

It was... so... sensical. As confusing as hell, but it made perfect sense! How do you do that!? And I was so bloody confused... I wanted Hermione and Tom to die, but them living was so much better! But then..... If this fic hadn't made me so damned happy I would be so damned pissed. BUT IT WAS SO GGGGOOOOOOOOOOOODDDDD!!!!

AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!!

Happy new year, and thank god u finished it, I absolutely loved the ending, and I hope u r writing a sequel, so hes a father and the DADA professor, and he is still plotting to recreate his Lord voldermort identity, I loved this ending than the one on FF, cause it is believeable, and I really didnt want for hermione and tom to have gone through hell and back, and not end up together. The one on FF is good, but I just love this one better...lol. I hope u doing a different sequel for this one. And Lord I loved last 3 lines, my jaw was on the floor, especially when he was actually hatching another basilisk...freaky shit. I loved that he and harry are friends but I just wonder if hes lying about all of his emotions for the ppl he has come to know now. ARGHHHHHHH the blasted thing left me with more questions. Damn u Nerys, sigh hope to hear from u soon my email is scarlet_witch_extreme@hotmail, let me know if u r doing the sequel. And u r my fav tom/voldie/hermione writer, you have imspired me ALOT. i have read your other story,"The bittersweet taste of victory" it was also brilliant, it had me screaming so many times. I've been taking my time and reading your story for the past two days. I just finished chapt. 12 and I decided to post a review finally.

I'm a bit confused as what exactly is going on. In terms of the books and their power to transport people back in time. The situation where Hermione saved held baby Harry, then they shot back in time and now Hogwarts has balls...okay, yea, you completely lost me. Maybe its cleared up in the upcoming chapters and I'll have to wait and see. But it really seems like you have A LOT of plot going on in your story. I think you should consider restructing as you write more (as I assume the story is still writing 'in progress') and maybe explain some more or seperate situations a bit more. I'm not sure.

Anyway, it seems really interesting so far and I'm glad you're chapters aren't super short either. You are very creative :o)

OMG, OMG, OMFG, this has to be the most brilliant, intricate, hot, enthralling, and mind fucking best TMR/Voldie/hermy fic ever, to take 24 chapters in one dose had my mind, spinning. I dont know where to start but this is so believeable and the way u tied in the last book with such an originally mind blowing and heart stopping plot, absolute brilliance. The heat and chemistry of Tom and hermy is breath taking and truly believeable, and their dangerous, but effaicious banter at the beginning it really had my blood pumping it was hot. But the sex, the thrashing of emotions, the battles, the bond, the books, the meetings with future voldie (heck that double trouble of a depraved smut was bout the hottest and most wrong-est thing I have ever read, but it was soooo good), the time jumps, and those infernal mysterious parchments causing all sorts of trouble, it is all just absolutely bloody perfect. I could go on and on about your blatant masterpiece but I will run out of adjectives to describe my numerable feelings for this fic, and I would also be writing this for a while, so please continue with this brilliance soon cause u really left it hanging. UPDATE, UPDATE!!!!!!!

You said you were going to write a different ending how different?
