All I can say is "Awwwwww!" The epilogue was touching, and I loved that unexpected twist with Hermione and Millicent. I love going back to read your older stories :)

I find the more I write, the more I want to read long, well written things. As you are one of the few fanfic authors that I know who can consistently deliver, I've got nothing to read when waiting for you to update new things, so I went back and started reading from the bottom up. I just finished this trilogy again and wanted to comment to you about how much I love your writing, this series in particular. And also I chose it because *i* always appreciate getting new reviews on really old stories, so I thought I'd share some of that joy. Mostly, though, I wanted to say thank you for writing this.

    Sorry I don't review much.

I like the way you have devided this series into three separate stories. They all have the same characters, same theme, same problems, but they all evolve. I like how the main opposition/problem defines the story and that way sets the stries apart. Then there's also the relationship that change and grow.
The way you write the characters is amazing and utterly enjoyable. Each person has so many sides to them they seem real and not just a poor imitation or a perfection or a mirror of the writer. You have real things and concern affecting the characters, and each of them deals with them as their nature dictates them.
I love the light you shone on Hermione in this one. She really has changed with the years, learning "slytherin" methods, using cleverness to her advantage, but still remained the same with her brains and ideals of justice. I also like Millicent and the way you got them together - I approve!
It was also nice to see Rita in Harry's corner, for once ;)

And again, you give what you promise. This has been thrilling and educational adventure. I've enjoyed it immensely. You just have this way of writing that sucks you right in and doesn't let go. And even though you don't have a lot of smut, you base the relationship on a solid foundation of emotions and trust, that I'm not even minding the shortage of smut. Besides, in a relationship sex really isn't everything ;) And you showcase that.

I just adore your writing and I hope you never lose the fun and enjoyment of writing!

I just have this mental image of a very smug Draco with a smile on his face and his eyes closed for a moment as he savors his life at the end. I really liked all the political plots and the twists of this story. Like everything else you write, you kept the characters true and made a twisting and interesting plot. Diggory's downfall in the courtroom with the help of Skeeter was just brilliant. Not to mention you figured out how to make a beetle talk. That was just amazing in itself. And I love Lucius and Narcissa falling because of their pride. I think that was only fitting when that was exactly what caused so much pain for Draco. I don't think anything else could have been as fitting. And oh man, I just new Hermione and Millicent would end up together. As soon as I saw them working together and the world trembled in fear that they should join forces, they'd end up in bed together. I also just love the affection shown between Harry and Draco in this story, especially the small little gestures of affection and the trust they show in each other.

Before I go on to review, I just wanted to say I have this same idiotic grin that I always seem to have after reading your longer stories and a great deal of your shorter ones. This was a really fun series to read: many enemies and much growth for everyone involved. Like always I will go through this review just pinpointing the things sticking the most out in my mind currently: Millicent/Hermione? I had mildly thought it possible, but at the same time loved how you approached it with Harry's naivete. lol Ginny's character disappointed me to the very end. Not that the situation wouldn't have been frightening, to not get over it after 7 years, and to still be such as damsel in distress, quivering, upset me. Lucius and Narcissa, two characters I usually love when you write them were excellently introduced as antagonists. The Lucius thing was utterly hilarious, because nothing would have been sweeter than having someone like Lucius lose inhibition, although I did feel sorry for Narcissa in part for having to go to prison for a year, even though what she did to Harry was unforgiveable. I was surprised that Draco revealed as much as he did about being raped, even moreso when Skeeter used those words in a very public article, although I did love Skeeter's character here, as well as the few choice people who supported Harry such as Firstfruits. I find it too bad that someone like Daphne got to just forget everything, and doesn't have to feel the loss of power. That's really too bad. I liked the spy Penseive idea as well as the Stonehenge/Gathering Circle touch. You really add flavor and color to the world that we already thought we had seen in high-definition. I like the way you approach the victim in regards to torture or pain, letting us know that the character is strong, but yes, is human and does suffer nightmares and the like. The very premise is enchanting and very human with someone's "desire" to get the worst peice of themselves dispelled from themselves, for at least two weeks. Although it figures that I actually like this Ron described (in the short bursts of memory of him in the part of this series) and he had to have died. Diggory (Cedric's dad) was a surprising character for me for you to introduce into the scenes again. I never thought that it would have been nice for Rowling to show more of him after the fourth book, just to know that reconciliation was there, and it was sad to read that this Diggory felt that Harry had killed his son, even now--KNOWING Voldemort had come to life at that time. As for the other Diggory, he pleased me immensely as a character, mostly because he was always portrayed with Harry's inward grin knowing that the man was an idiot for tangling with Draco, Hermione, or himself. Usually in your stories I come to describe my affection for Harry and Draco as individuals, but as with the necessity for them to create the potion together, I can't see them as individuals, which isn't entirely a sad thing to witness. I DO see Draco and enjoy reading him with his love for potions, and Harry with his love for casting protections around those he loves, but in this story I find it wonderful that this story realy makes them into perfect characters for each other, without going into exactly how they match each other, and simply molding the puzzle peices together without seeing the line that divides. I'm glad to have finally read all of your works up til now. You are a great writer, and it would please me to no end to perhaps read your own novel someday should you choose ever to write such a work. Your writing style is spectacular.

    About the story..

Wow, I can't believe this actually ended. It seemed liked it could have gone on
a couple of more chapters, not that I'm saying it should have, it just feels
    like it.

Now, I KNEW Hermione would end up with Millicient even if you DIDN'T come out and
write it out in words, you just kept hinting at it with certain phrasing, though
I would have just preferred them being 'partners-in-crime' when it came to being the
    bane of certain people existence.

I'm glad the boys came out good in the end...and Draco has found not only a good
'life partner', but a partner in brewing, too. Even though said partner could USE
a lesson or two in the fine arts of brewing.

All in all, I was glad to be able to part of this while it was going on and participate in the interaction between reader and reviewer.

    Until Next Time,
    SP777

MWAHAHAHAHahahahaha... that epilogue was the most amazing thing!! I can savely say it's the best chapter of the whole series. I love all the little comments you had the the end of each paragraph , what with Harry's arse and Hermiones bedroom !! Oh my God, that was sooo fantastic to read I really don't dare to write anything anymore compared to what managed to produce with all of your stories!! Keep going, really!
