The flowers were sent by the plotting women. Or...there's the chance that Harry put them there himself. He had to promise not to ask Draco out. Trying to get him jealous could be a new tactic. it would be very Slytherin of him. So, has the plotting ladies brought Snape's portrait into their group? I think if Harry has Snape's portrait, they should put one of Dumbledore in Draco's office.

Maybe they should tell Draco how Harry's past lovers treated him, especially the last. He would then at least know why Harry wants a relationship, not just sex.

Those three are nice and yet scary. Harry and Draco don't stand a chance.

Living together could work for them. Draco cooks and Harry bakes.

So to give Draco some benefits, we have to take backward steps from a relationship between Harry and Draco? lol How sad. I didn't quite like how Draco lied to Teddy about Harry's feelings about Teddy's placement. He didn't need to lie, but he could at least have given Teddy reason to believe that Harry wouldn't care for Teddy less. Although it is sad that Harry feels like he is going to lose out on alot experiences to be had with Teddy, it wasn't completely right to be disappointed, so I'm glad he apologized to Draco. Great job so far. Its good that Harry has taken steps back and refuses to act desperately, while at the same time not ignoring Draco outright. It would definitely make sense that those plotting ladies would send flowers to Harry, but I look forward to where you take this.

Ah, now that flows together much more nicely. Now I know why that chapter felt so abrupt before. It's much better now. And I like this last chapter a lot. You managed to make Harry and Severus feel like friends without destroying the man's character with excessive mushiness. I also like that Draco doesn't worship the ground his old professor walked on. A lot of writers tend to forget that above all, they were teacher and student, and Draco would likely be nearly as uncomfortable with the snarky man as any other former student.

I'm really glad that chapter was added. It really eased things in, where they had been abrupt before, in my opinion. Not that I doubt their affection for each other. I was simply surprised at how easily their resolve to not be together disolved. I liked that short conversation with Severus in this chapter. It was amusing to see him almost praise Harry (after actually being able to see his dedication) as well as his small contempt at Draco. Although it does seem like no one is cutting a break for Draco here. Narcissa and the other ladies are all plotting away, his cousin doesn't pay him much attention, and Harry has outright refused him, unless the promise of a relationship is made (without making it seem like a "business transaction"). Poor Draco. I look forward to the next chapter and how the dynamics change up a bit. Severus' look into the plotting women was amusing.

Ah well after reading Chasing it all makes more sense. The story did feel like it had jumped but I though it was due to my short atention span.

You know I can see why Draco would hate Harry, everybody always loves Harry and Draco is just ignored; he really needs some affection. I hope the students and staff do not snub him.
