I hadn't noticed before, I think, that Roger called Malfoy Manor "Roger's House." He is such a wonderful elf. ^^ Narcissa directing some of Draco's frustration about Harry unto herself was wonderfully played. Overall a very sweet chapter. Seeing Draco's perspective as he calmed down from his terror (and even found about about the breath stealing charm) was sweet to see, as things like Harry's leaning on him or asking for help helped to quell Draco's frustration, as well as allow him to be useful and not useless.

    AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!

    That was out loud.

I love the way you write! I think that the interactions between the Malfoy family are exquisitely written, and the little things they notice make them seem like they're not even human - or just humans from a different day and age.

    Wonderful!

I liked this so much! And two parts of Narcissa's POV! ^^ This made me so happy.

It was really cool to see how Harry's words affected them, even things as simple as Narcissa lowering her voice, but unknown to him--because she didn't want her voice to waver if she raised it. While they were both aware of what their reactions would do to Harry, they were honest. This is such a fabulous scene.

I'm not sure if I mentioned it before but I'm really glad Narcissa wishes to, but won't take revenge on either Emptyweed or the Dursleys. Whether it is this experience in this scene or Narcissa's instructions that hopefully stop Draco's actions against the Dursleys, it is so heartening to see Harry's effect on them as well. Reading Harry's POV somewhat downplayed the way he affected them, since they do not express themselves so openly from the start of this story. Awesome chapter.

This is one of the most fantastic stories that I have had the pleasure of reading. I wish that all of the writers in the world had half a measure of the skill that you possess. Thank you for gracing this site and me with your story. I do hope that you will continue writing. Good Luck.

its really terrific! i want to read more! Draco is an idiot but i imagine that it is pretty hard for him to change his way of thinking for Harry. Harry really seems to be self-destructive.

Sorry that I haven't been reviewing every chapter, but I have been reading along with every one and I can honestly say that this story has blown me away! I've also read 'Bloodied But Unbowed' of course and thoroughly enjoyed it as well. You've done a stupendous job of re-telling the story through the Malfoys perspective, and it's been an addicting read for me and others I would assume.

Personally, I adore the way you've portrayed Narcissa as both caring and calculating. I'm extremely eager to see how the next chapter is going to unfold. It's going to be brilliant in any case.

Your story is the first one I look for when checking for updates, and I can't thank you enough for updating on a consistent basis. Here's to more lovely Malfoy charms!

I can't say I didn't enjoy Draco getting a good scolding, even as I was flipping from Bloody to here, willing them to hurry up, smack him over the head, and go to the hospital already. lol

I really enjoyed Draco's words both here and in bloody when he clarified his need for Harry to Harry, telling him to shut up. Of course it does seem my favorite moments usually have some bad news or events following them. I'll also be looking forward to (if you write it) more of the conversation between Harry and Narcissa, as it was very sweet how she reassured him that he is family, and Harry being with Draco is just a mere bonus [in a way]. Great job with these past two chapters. ^^
