Fascinating. It's like walking on egg shells to have a conversation with Lucius while is is feeling so stressed.

Is there some form of Occlumency that might have a therapeutic use? I realize that Mr. Malfoy was the split that formed to protect Lucius from what needed to be done in his life and probably occured when she left; the split is no longer needed and has now become a danger to them both. Which one is the money-genius, by the way?

Oh my!! I knew Mr.Malfoy would come back, but he will destroy sweet gentle Lucius' chances with the girl! I want them to be happey! Maybe Hermione will learn how to Merge the two personalities in one, good for her delishious man?

I loved how gentle she was to him, though....

And Flyffers is saying he has wroted to you! and that there's a fresh veela update!!! He waits dfor your email...

This was great. I hope that Hermione and Lucius can continue to talk to each other and start being able to act like a married couple should. Patiently waiting to read more.

okay that makes much more sense to me! i did go back and skim through the chapters and things make a lot more sense and i do hope that she can do him so real good so that he can get his mind back in his control which is hard. i know i have some family who have something very similar to this. i look forward to see what hermione does for her man. :)

Excellent. I am glad that Hermione and Lucius are talking. I hope that they can continue to get along and agree to make decisions together and not him making all of the decisions on his own and forcing her to do things. I look forward to reading more soon.

I'm a bit concerned with Lucius's constant conversations with himself. It's almost like schio-affect disorder (he makes too much sense to have a true thought disorder). However, he does seem to have some mental illness. I'm glad to see Hermione calming down, I hope now that lines of communication are opening things will improve for them.

I notice that you commented that you are tired...I don't know what side of the world you are from, but could it be weather related? I know in the winter all I want to do is sleep. My doctor calls it Seasonal Affect Disorder (S.A.D.for short) and some people are quite prone to it. Luckily there is a reasonable treatment...sun lamps. I know you aren't fond of medications (I'm not either but I have bi-polar disorder so I'm stuck lol) but a sun lamp (or tanning bed?) may help with the symtoms. The disorder is thought to be triggered by the lack of light from the shorter days. If you don't have it the treatment won't hurt you a bit. I hope you feel better soon either way.

I'm really enjoying both stories and am already looking forward to the next set of chapters.

I am really having trouble with a schizophrenic Lucius talking to himself in his head. You write this too well, I think. Can Severus whip up some thorazine for him? Whether it's his bad persona or his good one, Hermione has really got her hands full if she's going to be able to make anything out of this ludicrous marriage he's forced her into. Otherwise, she's going to spend the rest of her life in that Lady's suite at the manor. More, when you are up to it, please!

So, I understand apologizing for the inconvenience of having to go back and skim chapters 4-14. But I think you go too far when you call yourself a bad writer. There's nothing wrong with having to go back and make edits and changes; especially if the changes add more depth to a character. I know you probably didn't mean it seriously, but if you were a bad writer, then I wouldn't still be reading these stories. So please don't refer to yourself that way, even if you don't mean it seriously. Because going back and skimming a few chapters of a good story is no hardship to a reader.

I like the changes. :) Don't worry about having to go back and change things, we all have to make edits sometimes!

Told you so! I only have a favourite out of your two sequels as long as I did not read the other update! I LOVE this chapter, really!

I finally can like the Lucius in this story! He's so sad and hurt! It doesn't make what he did better, but I think I can forgive him by now... *swoons*

They are gonna talk! They are gonna be happy! Having babies... Could I impersonate Hermione? I fit the description: long, curly and unruly (I REFUSE to call it 'bushy') hair, petite, VERY intelligent *winks*... Just a tiny little glamour for my eyes... Do you think Lucius could tell the difference? Please, pretty, pretty please!

OR: Let Draco ditch Astoria... I would take him, too!

Goodness, I really don't know what I should say apart from: I LOVE THIS STORY!
