They seriously need to stop fighting it. Their marriages are over. Lucius' because Narcissa is a spiteful bitch and Hermione's because Ron cant face reality and is a lying drunk and possible cheater.

I really really don't like this Narcissa. Using her son to try to get her way, disgusting. My siblings and I were and occasionally still are used as pawns by our parents. (Who been divorced for 35 years) Not still, we all set clear boundaries, not that they respect them. So when boundaries are broken we ignore them, give them a time-out. Like naughty children. Narcissa needs a time-out, Lucius should cut her off completely.

Now I'm not sure Ron is having an affair, maybe with the bottle. Lucius should look into it anyways. Relationships do run there course, people mature or not and you can't go back in time, all you have is what's in front of you. Lucius and Hermione are slowly, painfully slowly starting to cross the line. I think they both have old lines that need severing. Narcissa I don't get in this story, other than being a greedy bitch, Lucius is her bank after all and nothing more.

It's sad that nobody else just sat and listened to Hermione. Glad Lucius and Hermione do that for eah other.

It really seems that Ron has moved on to another or he's curled up with his mommy. Sorry, I just don't like Ron, or Ron and Hermione together. They can be friends but at times I don't get that either. In cannon he was a bad friend and never apologized that I can remember, to Harry as well.

I have started to love Lucius and Hermione stories, and Snape and Hermione. Still my favorite is Draco and Hermione.

I'm really enjoying your story.

I can see why Hermione turned Ron away, they have had no emotional connection in a year. Husband or not. They went through a great loss, he turned to his mother (typical Ron) when he should have turned to Hermione. Hermione should have turned to Ron but was probably blaming and second guessing everything she had done during the pregnancy. Everyone avoiding the topic of Oliver, is just awful. He was a full term baby, there was a funeral, it all happened. Just because it's upsetting doesn't mean you can avoid it. I have a feeling and I may be wrong but I think Ron blames Hermione. I guess I will wait and see if you address it.

I've read quite a few love scenes over the years, in everything from Harlequin romance novels to fanfiction. I have to say, the love scene I just read was one of the top three I have ever read. Brilliantly done!
