A good latest chapter to the story, and unfortunately.... a lot of people seem to think this way, that the children of people who have done something 'evil' are just as bad as those people. I've seen it with the children of rapists and the way that they are treated by others who know what their parent or parents did, I've seen it with the children of murderers.... and it disgusts me every time, because by marginalizing those children you are almost GUARANTEEING that they will become like their parents.... though that is really the point in most cases.
Really, if this was a real story, and I found out that this had been done....... the people who had done this would have had more to fear from me than ANYONE else, even their imaginary 'gods'. I would make their lives a LIVING hell and stretch it out for the next 40 years..... and at the end of that time, I would damn well find a way to DESTROY THEIR SOUL FOREVER in order to keep their soiled spirit from going on into the next life.

I think Severus' thunderstorm is going to have a hard time matching up to Hermione when she gets in there. Excellent chapter; we all hate the Ministry a lot, don't we? Expediency in politics is something that has to be carefully hidden or it precipitates a revolution in record time.

OK - I love your story so far. I've absolutely never, if I recall correctly, reviewed on this site, just on others I read.

BUT I wanted to clarify, as a history buff's daughter, WHY families watched Civil War battles in the early days of the war.
It wasn't meant to be morbid, the people were under the assumption that the war would be A) all sunshine & daisies, having never SEEN battles, or B) over in 90 days so life could return to normal.
This was in the Plantation Days, and many assumed the battles would be fought by a "code" of conduct much like the old duels "gentlemen" would fight over a woman.
Sadly, so were the soldiers fighting those early battles.
Some regiments fell apart and the men ran in fear, retreating faster than the civilian families they came across as they went.

OK, I'm off my Soapbox now.... LOL

PLEASE continue - I find myself constantly checking for new chapters. I started reading around your adding chapter 15, and read the whole thing in I think 2 sittings so I could be caught up.

Oh Please, are we going there again? How is it Severus' fault that that family was kissed? Merlin, Hermione is a pain. I hope we get beyond this, and when will she ever show that intellect of hers beyond business? :-)

Loving the story and can hardly wait for more.

    Apollina dear!

I love an innocent yet long-suffering Snape, it just adds another black-wool layer to the Snark Master. I'm horrified at Mulciber's family, but was a bit curious about the name. I didn't think you choose it randomly, lol.

Now, Hermione has a cause much larger than her ill-fated SPEW. But, will Snape cooperate?

Sorry for not reviewing more often. I forget to log in then become easily distracted but pretty butterflies or offspring trying to kill each other.

    Keep it up, girl.

PS - I wholeheartedly agree for throwing some plot in with the porn. Otherwise, the whole porn without plot category, while it has its appropriate moments, would take over everything, like the Blob.

You know, each time I read a new chapter I am struck by the poetic way you link all the words together into clever little sentences. Subsequently I feel my own writing paling into insignificance... this is truly an amazing bit of work, honey.

I wouldn't worry about the late updates - hunger is good sauce!

OK so I was pissed that the lemons haven't appeared yet, but I see your reasoning...the plot would certainly be sacrificed. I am really liking this story now, and I'm so hoping that Snape will be exonerated before long! Keep it comin sister!

    Aw, :[

    Poor Severus. Poor Hermione.

You're right though, I do love him- even if he is a noble idiot. :P

I just dont understand, I guess. I mean, sure I get that he feels guilty... but he has a wife now. And they both have growing feelings for the other... so what? Does that mean that he is just gonna realize he loves her and -oop- "I'm done in here. Guards, could you fetch me my coat?"

Nah. I dont think he would.

So I guess that means she is gonna have to help him overcome his guilt? Most likely, I guess.

Great chapter, btw. I love seeing the other side of things sometimes. Molly's character has always cracked me up... and the girl seems like a Ron-thing to do.

Haha, I cant wait to see how that works out.

And hopefully, Ginny finds a good guy and doesnt get stuck with someone she hates.
