I'm liking your depiction of Severus more and more as this story progresses. I find the maturity that you write
into Harry endearing but it mixes with a sort of exasperated feeling that results from his stubborn Hero complex tendencies..(I know, the irony). Despite all efforts to the contrary, I feel worried for this Draco, and that he may be too deeply absorbed into Harry's world.
    Thank you,
    Lunatic with a Hero complex

I have been very pleasently supprised by this fanfiction. I was expecting something good, but average.
You're are doing a wonderful job! An amazing job.
I love how you're setting up the characters.

I think that Snape's new hobbie is turn into more then he first expected. =)

Yep, definitely careless like that... MWEHehwhww.. and he should have remembered (though I'm not entirely sure Draco's NOT there anyway) I'm still wondering how Seamus got his hold on a spell that could destroy the Invisibility Cloak as that was supposed to repell any magic, being one of the Hallows. Rest assured the boy definitely didn't know the weapon he was wielding AND he had to have help, from a VEEEEERY high up place. Hmmmm... it nags me

Aww, I can't believe Harry left Draco behind...well I can....anyways, I really love how Harry is more of a real character in this story already than he was by the fourth book. He didn't actually have real emotions until Sirius die, I think it's cool how you can do that. Draco's going to be so upset when he find's out that they left him. Thats okay. I have faith in happy endings. You've never disappointed me before :3

This story is developing, by far, into on of the best stories on this site. I have agree with you in that the best fics are definitely the ones that start off slightly AU with a small change occurring from the original story line, then snowballing into something entirely new as the story begins to take shape and characters choose different paths and develop from different situations and experiences.

I think you've got Potter's personality spot on and I love your resentful Draco who wants to discover his own path in live, independent from his father. To have Snape break from his one sided view of Harry and see past his preconceptions really opens him up as well. Snape came from a very similar background from Harry and its almost a shame that such a wall prevented him from ever seeing his student three-dimensionally in the original books. Such as in that scene when the two of them have to endure each other's company for Occulmancy lessons. Snape glimpses the horror's of Harry's abusive upbringing and thinks nothing about it. Harry, on the other hand, empathizes with the isolation Snape must have felt at the torment he got from his father and is horrified to think Snape could think he would take enjoyment out the same. For someone as analytical as Snape to not use this new information to reassess his least favorite student is absurd, but I guess hate blinds us to the truth.

Anyway, I just wanted you to know that I will be adding this story to my highly recommended list. I don't know if anyone ever views those things, but it will be on there just in case.

    Keep up the great work!

(Also, just a note, I found it slightly confusing when, in the last chapter, Snape was talking about Potter's dark object. I had no idea what he was referring to or how much time had passed when you opened the chapter with it. It wasn't until much later that I realized what it was. I know that bit was from Snape's pov so the object needs to remain unknown, but with the lack of time frame on top of it, I just felt out of place like I missed a chapter or something. Other than that, great stuff. ^^)

Another good chapter. I'm a little worried that Draco being excluded will cause problems, but I'm sure Harry will make things right. :) Good job.

I didn't realize that Harry promised Draco, though I'm not sure he did (about having an adventure). It is sad, though not unreasonable, that Harry left Draco out. I'm glad that Draco was able to help, but I'm a bit worried over his reaction. While Harry will be glad to have things back to normal, I hope Draco doesn't get to upset. Just curious, did you intend for Draco's divulging the information to be...dangerous? Or was it easy enough to do and not worrisome since, as Draco said, many people probably already knew about the situation. I really enjoyed the small section on Draco's wanting to be an inventor, that was really well-written. I also really liked Snape's consideration of Harry's intelligence in dealing with people. Great chapter.

I can't see Draco being at all happy or accepting that he was left out of this adventure. Most likely hurt especially if he considers him and Harry friends of a sort.

    I really like this story.
I enjoy the idea of AU right in the middle of canon, that

Dear gosh, chapter two already... and I just saw how many of your links still pile a mile high in my Email account. Ok, back to business, well, Snape's got a very interesting technique and considering that he really doesn't bother to assert all the info beforehand (real bad move for an actual spy...) there's no wonder he's so surprised and will continue to be, certainly. Can't wait!
