Fabulous chapter! ^^ I'm really loving how this is all developing. (I can have an adventure with you for once!) I really enjoyed Draco's blow up. It was terribly sweet and appropriately revealing, since that is probably what Harry needed; I did enjoy Snape's diamond-cut glare at Draco all the same though. I had imagined that Snape would have Draco and Harry meet in some other way so I was worried for a moment about the situation. Though Snape is treating this as a hobby (lol) I found it cool to read him think on Petunia, rather than just keep thinking about them as "the muggles" in general, since he knows her. Great job handling the Polyjuice incident as well. Though it is only a day of working with Draco, I'm glad that Harry decided against betraying his possible new ally, even if he will (smartly) be wary of Draco and (especially) Snape in the future. Lastly, I really enjoyed Draco's scene with the other Slytherins, and his thoughts on the Dark Lord, and his feelings on being friends with Harry. Wonderful job. Happy New Year.

Another great chapter. I like how Harry is getting some support by the important people (even if it is a bit dark from Draco and Snape).
I'm just wondering if the entire story will take place in 2nd year or if it will expand/jump to other years?

Every chapter intrigues me more and the author seems to be producing the story at a good rate. So far, so good.

Oh. I'm so excited to see this develop and for the next chapter. Honestly I adore this. I really enjoyed reading the conversation between Snape and Harry. You are doing such a wonderful job with this timeline. Had it been an older Harry, he certainly, I think, would have immediately yelled all of those things at Snape about how much he treasured those posessions. Yet having only a year away from the Dursleys, I really enjoy how you describe his mistrust of adults. This is very much the hurt child, and perhaps the Slytherin that the Sorting Hat had seen, choosing silence as a weapon. I do think that I will want to coddle Harry for this entire story from more harm. lol It is interesting to see Snape get a sense of Harry's past so early, as he came to the hypothesis that those items were Harry's only posessions of his parents. Awesome chapter.

It's a new look at Draco and Harry's relationship as you see Draco's determination to be close to Potter at such a young age. Will getting close to Harry be able to satisfy whatever need that Draco has? As a young person, I also defended myself behind a wall of silence, so I can relate to Harry. Just because your mouth is silent and you appear disinterested or apathetic, doesn't mean there isn't chaotic thoughts inside. You're doing a great job on this story so far. Looking forward to the next chapter.

I've always been really curious about how you would write a younger Hogwarts Harry. I think it may be possible that my admiration for your
writing may be inching towards hero worship. Just kidding. I know I haven't reviewed since Changing of the Guard, and I apologize, but I'm
pretty excited about this story, so I'll probably be with you till the end! I like the Ron and Hermione dynamic in this story. Ron's character is much more sensitive to the changing emotions of the people around him than usual. Your Draco does seem smarter than 2nd year Draco in the
books, but he also seems a little more single minded in his pursuit of Harry's attention. He's a little like your Bloody But Unbowed-verse Draco, just the younger more impressionable version.
I can't wait to see where you take this.
    Thank you,

Interesting, very interesting. Please continue to update this fic in a timely manner when possible. I have always pondered why no one (to my knowledge) has ever written a fic that took place after the Parseltongue incident that wasn't a one shot.

This is great so far. Poor Harry. Someone will eventually plot revenge against Seamus, won't they?
