No, I am still *not* going to review my own fics, I am just answering.

    For ilovesnakey:

Yes, I was (and still am) serious and it is not a joke.

Thanks, I am glad you liked the characterization and my way of writing.

I guess it's just this "different strokes for different folks"-thing.

I don't consider being blunt more difficult (I've done that and write such stuff too) but I just find this kind of writing (gothic romance, archaic and mythical references and deeper magic than just the usual canon spell-casting) more to my liking.

Uhh... well, I'm amused. Not in a bad way! I don't write sex fics myself (I can only imagine the romance novel phrases I'd be tossing left and right) so I can't really criticise, but I'll do my best. I enjoyed reading it, but it honestly did have that... "are you fucking serious?" quality to it that made me wonder if it's a joke or not. I LOVE the villainous way you portray Lucius, it was absolutely perfect -- and of course, darling Sevvie... bitch as always. But the plot drove me a bit mad. Needless to say, I read it all the way through, because ridiculous or no, it was a good, fun read. Very strongly written, if a bit flippant. You're a good writer. :) If you really want to improve, I suggest shying away from the archaic terminology that makes stories seem unbelievable (i.e. "the Demiurge IHVH") and be more blunt. It helps, really, but it admittedly is harder to do. Keep writing!
