Wow I hope Lucius discovers Hermione's feelings about him soon. He's really hurting about being objectified and not being seen as the complicated creature that he is, and I honestly feel for the dude. Hermione's horny hormones are probably not helping things lol! I can see he's enjoying the ride (it is sex, his favorite pasttime after all) but still...I know you said that you don't like to leave angst unrequited, but you do a good job of getting it started. That's a compliment, of course :) A part of me loves reading this kind of thing.

Oh, and Neville and Luna's private exercises...lol! They are so cute.

I'm looking forward to what the Room of Requirement has to say...

23/24 Woah, hot hot hot hot hot hot! And not just the dancing tanned Snape either (TANNED SNAPE!!!). It was interesting that Lucius' Viking roleplay brought out Hermione's genuine regret for her behaviour - I think there are realisations being made.

I love when Hermione reached for Draco's hand. It was kind and smart of her to include and forgive him his little jealousies. And his game with Lucius was kind of fun as well.

ch 47 - poor Lucius, too much sex and not enough sleep -- and no sympathy from Severus. Heh! I'm so proud of Hermione for not going ballistic about Cissa helping Lucius with administrative Headmaster tasks, and impressed with how easily Severus dealt with the emergencies. The Draco-Lucius silent exchange was fun to watch; Lucius must have been very tired to be taken in by his son's trick. I wonder how the RoR would enjoy good weather outside when it's stuck being a room, but a month off in summer is a reasonable request. Now that the gang knows the RoR is sentient, it should have fewer "requests" from Neville and Luna, Cissa, and Draco. Thanks for the new chapter!!

So, do we find out what happens to Severus? Hee. I really enjoyed that chapter, actually. It had lots of character interactions and all sorts of lovely things.

mmmmm just thinking of Severus and Lucius together....*mind wanders off* and a great chapter as always. :) Draco needs to get himself a girl. Maybe a oc character could come to Hogwarts. Just an idea. :)

Oh Sev's in for it now! When is he gonna learn not to piss Cissa off?! And poor Luc, maybe he should just take a dreamless sleep or something and let Hermione do what she wants with him while he sleeps.....could be interesting dreams for him. They're gonna have to come up with some new positions for sex when Hermione becomes as big as a house with the Twins. As for the ROR....oh what those walls could and would say without that pesky code. I'd love to hear about Draco's exploits. For now, I'll settle for this...what the hell is the room going to do in July while everyone's away??????

For some reason I was under the impression that Luna was a pureblood, but when I checked the lexicon there was no mention of her blood status. Since there is no mention of her mother other than that the woman 'was a rather extraordinary witch' and her death, I suppose it is an open question. I am laughing at the idea of poor, beleagured Lucius exhausted by his little 'succubus on speed' that one had me nearly dripping coffee onto the keyboard.

Hi Love. My new hot tub arrived last night. Though I've done my bloody back in and I'm in agony. I need it hooking up now. And yes it is the same as a cool swimming pool in California except that we have a steaming hot bath and look up at the clear Lancashire sky and stars, usually in the snow. We still have a glass of champers to hand and as always the boys are invited. Swimming trunks are optional! But I digress!Poor Hermione, believing that Lucius had "protected" her when he was only clearing a duff wand. Bad form methinks. And poor Severus....death by nappies! My two year old granddaughter's tried to kill me a few times recently.Reminds me of when our brilliant Bolton comedian, Peter Kay built a fighting robot from a Celebrations chocolate tin and called it "Death by Chocolate". Magic! The Sorting Hat's a bit pervy though wanting a house-elf to rub in his oil. I'm afraid I'd have insisted that Lucius himself did it but then I'm probably pervier than the Sorting Hat. Have a good weekend, dear. It's a Bank Holiday on Monday over here and my husband is digging foundations for our new summerhouse to go with the hot tub. I just let him get on with it and reap the benefits when it's all finished. Best wishes, Love Ali xxxx.

21/22 - Oh. My. Stars. Lucius as Captain Jack Sparrow! A million thanks for that image!

So Hermione and Lucius are still tenuously connected and going ahead with the plan. Great minds they might be, but great communicators (outside the bedroom) - nuh uh. They need to TALK to each other. Perhaps a potion would help. Heh.

Anyway, wahey, a masquerade ball - definitely something to look forward to. I especially want to know what Snape has come as.

Loved it! Twins! Lucius never expected to hear that from Hermione. And that he handled the news rather well. Looking forward to reading the next chapter!

Chapters 19/20: It's great to return to this story - Lucius has had that bruised shin a loooong time.

Well, muchos gracias for the sangria! Lovely - and so lemony too. The thought of Snape and Narcissa eating from trays on their laps made me chuckle. Do they have tartan rugs over their knees as well? Haha. I like how Lucius is so self-aware of his needs in a marriage - he is a wonderful foil for Hermione who, despite her intellect, doesn't have much of a clue. Poor girl, all that internal conflict, all that sex...I pity her, I do. No, I don't really.

Anyway, it's lovely to be back on the Shrew Taming pony. Looking forward to more!
