Narcissa finally made me dislike her immensely. I don't believe any of her losses are comparable. Oh, well. Poor Hermione, stuck in a place that causes her pain, with people she doesn't like and the unstable marriage.

ch 32 - gosh, this chapter seemed sad and melancholy. Lucius and Hermione doing the walk around Hogwarts and thinking of sober memories, Cissa and Hermione being rejected by Susan Bones, Hermione's friends' reactions to her marriage... and they haven't even started looking for the baddies. I do hope Luna and Neville can help. Draco will behave, I think; he knows better than to mess with his father's marriage. Thanks for updating!

Whirlwind holidays are awesome. I hope you had a good time :)

I don't like the sound of these new teachers. They sound blergh... :/ And Draco... not too sure about Draco. I hope he's not too much of an arse and Hermione won't have to hex him. Ok, maybe I want Hermione to hex him a little ;)

Poor Hermione :( When will she go and visit Harry and Ron etc.? I think she needs some more friends...

I don't know how Nacissa feels about Andromeda now but she also lost her niece and her cousin... sigh.

Ch 32:A sad chapter, in a way, but at least Hermione can see for herself the depth of the problem they face. Re: your answer to my review: I've done the usual; dorms, great hall, moving stairway, library (empty and during hours), Snape's classroom, etc. The wierd ones I'll keep to myself!

    At Chapter 31

This is fabulous, as usual! You never disappoint.

As for house, I'm a Slytherin. I've always been a Slytherin. I'm always looking for what I can get out of someone, in one way or another, and I've slithered out of my share of slippery situations.

Besides, I was born in the year of the Snake.

    Keep up the good work.

    Love it, babe!

Love it! Especially the part where Lucius said he needed his beauty sleep! I love the part where Lucius tries to get Hermione's mind off of their new quarters and directly into the bedroom. Saying she'll have more time to explore in the morning. Looking forward to reading the next chapter!

Oooo their little pad at Hogwarts sounds wonderfully cozy and nice. I almost think it will be nicer for them ,because now they can snuggle up together. Malfoy Manor sounds so huge, it

Houses? I tend to be a Ravenclaw, but for the OWL House Cup the Gryffindors recruited me and I had a lot of fun there. Anyway, it appears Lucius as well as Severus seem to prefer Gryff girls.

I really enjoyed that chapter. They are both making an effort and it shows. I am sure they will find a good way to solve the mystery and each other.

That's one way to christen the place, eh? Lucius has such a sweet heart when he wants to show it. It'll be nice to see Hermione get on with Cissy. I'd really like to see them become friends. As always, well done you. I should mention though that near the top of the chapter when you're describing the room you have a bit in there that says to see the piccy on the compy. Not sure if that was meant to be there or not.

As to what house I would be in... I'm not quite sure. I like to think of myself as a mix between a Slytherin and a Gryffindor. I'm definately loyal, but quite devious as well. So, I guess I'll make my own house and call it Gryfferin or Slythindor. Lol.. yeah, I'm a nerd, go on and say it. :P

Again, well done, and I will impatiently await your next chapter.

Sex in Dumbledore's bed is something I can honestly say I have NEVER imagined; don't know why, I've thought about it in every other room of that damned castle. And I choose Ravenclaw: I've always sort of thought of them as a cross between mad scientists and James Bond-lings in training, don't know why, just my twisted brain, I guess. (smirk)

I think as far as "welcome homes" go, this was as perfect as it could have been for the two of them. She proved her small, but growing trust in him. He showed his care and concern for him. She made a HUGE admission, even if he did miss it (insert frustrated sigh on my part). He proved what wonders a little rest could do for him (HOTTT) and then made a pretty big admission of his own; (insert another small sigh on my part) even if she dismissed it. They are now to the point of cute in their denial of their growing affections. lol I enjoy their tentative teasing of one another, too. Just so you know, if you happen to find a stray, naked, never-flaccid Lucius walking around a bedroom, he's mine! Lovely imagery! I look forward to seeing her first outing with him for support...

    Thank you, as always!

Loved the update as usual, and of course looking forward to the next. I'm looking froward to see how things progress between them, as well as how lucius fairs as the new headmaster. And as for hogwarts house I'm Slytherin all the way.....i've taken more then one of those sorting tests and I always get stuck there. I guess I must be cunning???

Awwwww!! I loved this chapter!! I particularly liked Lucius's comments about his reaction to Hermione. It was really cute, in a wonderfully Lucius kind of way. As for House affiliation - definitely Ravenclaw, for me. If I could read, write, and study all day long, I'd be a happy woman. (Which, considering that I'm a college student, is pretty close to the wonderful life I'm living right now!) I also love puzzles, and logic, which also fit in the Ravenclaw rubric. I could NEVER be Gryffindor. Not that I'm a coward or anything, I just don't seek out trouble the way they seem to. :0)
