I think this story is progressing really well. I've read stories on this site that just seem to jump into things and go so fast with a story that my head spins and while I would love for Snape to find out in the next chapter that he is Harry's dad, only because I am anxious for his reaction, I know that a lot has to happen between the two of them for that to happen. Keep the chapters coming!

I kind of love that neither Draco or Harry is nursing a hidden longing for the other. Slight obsession, yes. But you haven't made it out to be some twisted, unrequited love thing. Your words are beautiful. Thank you for them.

You know, as I was reading the beginning of the chapter, it just occured
to me that you fulfilled a 'fantasy' chapter, I guess, of mine from the
    last chapter.

It dealt with having Snape dueling the other students the way a REAL
Death Eater would to show them how to defend themselves properly,
except you did that with Harry in the past chapter to an extent.

Would you ACTUALLY do something like in the future? Have Snape show
the students how to really duel?

By the way, when will you reveal what is happening with Harry???

...when will Severus get the shock of his life?

A simple mention of how many chapters will satisfy me. :-)

Awesome story. Love Harry in this and Snape's way of thinking( he's so proud and set in his ways, I can't wait until he has to put his foot in his mouth. The plot is great, I understand Harry's reluctance where Snape is concerned. Thanx for sharing.:0)

I'm a bit surprised at Harry for not realizing what Snape was doing, but I guess Harry could have assumed Snape too angry at Harry's insinuations to be mad at anyone else in the class who made those surprised outbursts. Harry's definitely more mistrusting in this one, though not as obsessed with Draco. Though I'm guessing he's still partially scared that Draco might have noticed something that night.

Now, THAT'S what I'm talking about...reverse psychology at
its best! Oh, and I guess the duel was a'ight, too. :-)

I have to say, I've always liked the character of Prof. Snape,
of course, Alan Rickman gives the character justice with the
way he brings him to life on screen.

YOU, on the other hand, seem to be one of the few authors who has learned
to get into the character's head and make him believably snarky, condescending,
    AND proud.

Plus, any story that deals with Prof. Snape & Harry at odds, but come to
some type of understanding as time passes is alright with me!

But, I get the feeling Harry better watch it, since Snape is a true Occlumens.

..and with that, I end this.

That was beyond brilliant. I love that your stories have such a fantastic plot and are not just instaporn. You never dive in for the kill of tittillation, you put the most exciting stories first.
