AAAAAAAAH Cliff-hanger! You evil author! That wasn't nice at all! First Harry and Draco are even more annoying than Ron is and then we don't get to see any Hermione/Tom action! I WANT HERMIONE/TOM ACTION! But Ginny as awfully clever about all of this. I have to agree with her, Hermione might have been Non-con, but it wasn't rape because that would make her far more upset. She really should learn to not press away her feelings... although, that's easilly said than done... oh, well. I'm sooo looking forward to see what happens in the next chatper! That will be really interesting!

Not exactly my favorite chapter. But a wonderful cliffhanger.

glad everyone is done tiptoeing around the issue.
I wonder when it will occur to Hermione that she might be able to change him. or at least get close enough to mess up history beyond repair might even attempt to murder him.

even if he is immortal if she kills his body while he has few followers at this time they might not even be able to revive him.

Whoa, Riddle's sooo full of bullshit. First of all, this is not something I'm saying against your fic. It's just an argument regarding Riddle's rationalisation, which if I don't make, I might just explode. So, Riddle claims that the spell makes you act upon your desires and leaving you uncapable to think straight, but just because you WANT something, does not mean you're WILLING TO DO IT. For ex: Riddle might want to drown Dumbledore in the lake, but for obvious reasons, he does not act upon THAT impulse. Moreover, Hermione's wish to hump Riddle was mostly, if not entirely, based on her PHYSICAL REACTIONS, which are involuntary and do not qualify as consent in any way. So yes, to a straight teenage girl with a crush on Riddle it would have been impossible to feel like reading while he was groping her on a couch! For crying out loud, if laws were based on arguments like these, rapists who drugged their victims OR gave them an orgasm would most likely get away with it. Again, I am not criticizing your fic, but I know that some people actually think like this and it pisses me off. I realise that you were not trying to approve of rape in any way. END RANT. Oh, and I also hope that Hermione left Riddle impotent, even if that reduces any chances of future smut.

On a lighter note, DRACO IS HERE! Lets hope he brings some reason to this situation.

And if another reviewer decides to rant against mine, I realise that my opinions are absolutely subjective and I hope he does the same. :)

Uhoh, Tommy-boy will not be happy when he recovers from Hermione's groin-hexing. Although, I must say he had it coming. A spell doesn't make it alright. No matter how much he tried to talk his way out of it. But I guess they will end up together in bed (or a closet, or in a classroom or anywhere, really) again :) Or rather, I hope!
Iiih, will be interesting to see what Draco, Harry and Ginny have been talking about. But I guess the new talk of the school will be all about how Hermione and Tom was alone together in a dormitory! Ooooh, can't wait to see how that cow Parkinson reacts to it! Hope she is devastated, mehe!

I read it for the second time and I'm still just wow! :)
I really thought I'd take my time and read through it carefully, but this only worked up until the Slug Club party and then I was sucked into the story full force again. Do you know the feeling when you're trying to read four lines in advance because you're so eager to find out what happens next? Even though technically you already know since you've already read the story.

I think that the characters are all believable. Hermione is bound to be completely swept off her feet, since she's really not experienced with boys nor feeling such emotions towards anyone. And we all know that forbidden fruit is the sweetest, so why shouldn't that be true for her, too? I think she also relishes the little power she has over the Dark Lord. Besides, how could anyone resist Tom as you paint him? LOL I wouldn't and I'm so over the 'bad boy' thing in guys. I love it how even his snake face doesn't put her off - she's obviously fallen for him hard and not just for his looks. So in character, after all, she did love Weasel King before *snickers*

Tom of course is delicious. He's bound to have had some emotion at some point in his life, in fact even anger and hatred is still emotion and he definitely shows enough of that later on. I wonder if somehow his hate for muggles and muggle-borns escalates because of Hermione? Since he obviously doesn't care too much about her blood status. Or maybe it's just a convenient excuse to be the one in charge and gain followers among the wealthy and powerful purebloods.

I love him being so dark and secretive. I still have no idea what his intentions are. Sure, he'll probably claim Hermione as his own, but will he mark her, too? And if he does, how will she react? Or did the vision not necessarily mean she'll recevie an actual Dark Mark, but rather that he'll mark he in another way. Hmmmm, this last scene has me thinking that he's about to perform some kind of ritual on her. She already tasted his blood, he's infused her with his magic (obviously she would still have had too many defences otherwise to just succumb to him that way, so great thinking - her yielding without this little nudge would have been less believable). Will he mark her and how?

I love how Draco doesn't judge her. Of course, he's had enough experience with the dark and being Slitheryn, he is much more worldly in his opinions than Hermione's Gryffindor friends. He trusts her that much more because fear isn't clouding his judgement and besides, he sees that she really doesn't have much choice anymore.

I wonder who hexed Ginny and why? I have a funny feeling it was because (okay, aside from the reason the author wanted her an Harry out of the picture LOL) one of the characters wanted them out of the way, too. The mysterious person who sent them all back? And was it just meant to be Draco being sent back and the rest accidentally joined him? Did that person come back to the past with them? Such an intricate plot, I'm interested in seeing how you'll pull all the threads together.

I need to go now, but I'll continue to pester you with reviews.

Oh my gosh I just read this in one setting and I'm speechless! I'll try to find the words to say what I think of your story, but for now suffice it to say that if you didn't continue with it, I'd find you and cast an Unforgivable! LOL

Honestly, I forgot to breathe just there...wow...the way you make Tom come alive, the way you make it all believable, in fact natural, as if they couldn't be and it couldn't happen any other way... There, I'm covered in goosebumps. I read reviews that say as much about other stories and I never understood, well here I am, flabbergasted, completely shaken. I think I'm actually going to re-read this, and not just once. In fact I'm sorely tempted to read it again immediately! I love how you understand it's all about the tension, the attraction...sure, we all love smut, but pages and pages of detailed sex-scene descriptions fare poorly compared to these brief, so emotionally laden, poignant scenes. Sexual encounters truly are only the icing on the cake of a good story.

I really hope you're a writer beyond HP fanfiction. The world would be at a loss otherwise. Oh and do let me know what you've written, if you have anything published.

I don't need to mention how eagerly I'll be awaiting an update? ;)

Yay! Come back after vacation and have finished all the other fics I was reading and see that you have three new chapters out! WIIIH! And sooo much is happening in them! Ginny and Harry coming back, Draco being tortured and... Tom and Hermione having sex! Okay, so it was rather non-con on Hermione's part, but still... she seemed to enjoy it after a while. It will be really interesting to see how she will react afterwards. Tom seemed awfully happy when he realised she was a virgin anyway, so I guess he will be even more possessive now, eh? Oooh, and I wonder if Hermione will be able to keep this from Ginny... she seemed quite suspicious about their relationship. In all fairness, I guess. And I wonder how Draco feels right now! Ooh, did he see the two of them have sex? No, wait, Tom locked the door. I wonder if Draco will be able to guess what happened... hm... it will be interesting to see the next chapter to say the least. This was a major turn on the plot anyway! Great job!

I love this story. So many funny moments. Dark humor is my favorite and you write it so well. I adored the scene in the library where Tom taunts Hermione for "staring at him". And the scene with the Slughorn party was so hot, especially the bit in the classroom. She kissed him first. :)

Like your Draco too. He seems like the Draco in the books not this fanfic!Draco I see everywhere. His thoughts are funny. And I don't find it odd at all that he thought of something silly like Hermione writing "sneak" on his face instead of his parents getting murdered or Tom prevented his birth or whatever. He's under stress. His mind doesn't even want to consider that option, making him bury that idea as deep as he possibly can. Thinking of a jinx on your face is a lot less scarier than what could occur.

And it's typical Potter canon. Sure, we all see it as crazy that they don't go to the teachers for help (Umbridge's torture, ring a bell?), but who'd believe them? Over innocent, marvellous Tom Riddle? Dumbledore isn't there. And Veritaserum has an antidote. Besides, I doubt Dippet would be willing to use it or Tom willing to take it.

That last chapter was real exciting. Loved how Tom dragged Hermione through the Common Room, while she was being furious about him cursing Draco, and brought her to his hole. So very male, in the animal kingdom. Drag woman to my cave. :)

OK. I wonder what will happen in the next chapter, because that sex scene was suspicious with the magic happening. I don't know what Tom did there, but he did something. I can't wait to find out what. And how Hermione will react to it. He's in for a lot of trouble, the fool.

Loved that Hermione cruciated him. Girlpower!

We have smut! We have smut! *does a happy dance* And what a great smut it was! :D

I seriously think you should put a n/c rating on this fic, or atleast dub-con. Because immobilizing her down on a sofa and using a lust charm or whatever (you mentioned that she was feeling "slightly off") doesn't really sound consentual in my book. Better add a warning just to be safe, though that's just a suggestion.

Okay, on the chapter. First of all, I realise that this isn't a very appreciative review but I really like this story and I hope you can accept some constructive criticisms. I find Hermione's actions in this chapter absolutely laughable. Alright, so Draco tells her that he's being tortured for hours and what does she do? Tells a teacher? No. Tells Harry and Ginny and asks for advice? No. Makes a plan to shove Veritaserum down Riddle's throat while Dippet is in the same room? No. Instead, she goes to TALK to Riddle! She wants to REASON with the future Lord Voldemort, the guy who already killed Moaning Myrtle and split his soul, the guy who will kill countless of innocent people in the future! I know Hermione is an idealist but this is bordering on stupidity.

And then she enters a room where she sees a tortured Draco collapsed on the floor. My first reaction would be to run and call a teacher. Or try to stun Ridle when he turned his back and run with Draco's body. But nooo, she tries to EXPLAIN to Riddle that Draco is a human being and doesn't deserve this. For crying out loud, she's trying to make a guy who killed his parents see the wrong in his ways! No wonder he crucio-ed her, that's the only in character reaction in the whole bloody scene.

Another part that bothered me: Draco's thoughts during the interrogation. I mean, if he tells Riddle about the future that could bring doom to the whole Wizarding World and the deaths of countless people, possibly including his parents. But he's more worried that Hermione will hex "SNEAK" onto his forehead.. Sigh.

So yeah, I'm sorry this wasn't a nicer review, but if didn't like this story so much I wouldn't have bothered to write it (if that makes sense). If you feel like posting a reply (nice or not) I'll be checking the your review reply page, also Deea101 is the name of my lj account.

Oh my bloody god! that was brilliant! That was THE most awesome thing! So so so good - that scene was ..almost ..as satisfying as the one during the ball. they're neck and neck in my mind. aargh. so great!! I love the way you've written tom and hermione in this story - your tom is such a sexy beast and hermione is so resistant but so susceptible to him.. gah.. this entire chapter was great. Torturing draco was really well done too! So cold and ruthless and draco's fear was delicious. You are a goddess - produce more of this story!!!!
